Decent Stay

Overall, a decent stay however the booking got mixed up as I reserved a king size bed and only received a queen.

Staff knocking on door

Stayed August 21st. staff knocked at door at 8;30 to tell us check-out at 10:00. I have fibromyalgia and was having a bad flare up. needed to stay in bed until the last minute. never been in a hotel (of this caliber) where staff disturbs you to tell you check out time. felt like they were rushing us out. Cons: overpriced for the quality of the hotel.
facilities need repair. we had to change room shortly after checking in as the carpet was wet due to leaking pipes. staff at front desk could be friendlier and more helpful

Accessibility

Pros: It was in the Charlottetown Hub and right on the Boardwalk.
Cons: Handicapped accessibility when requested.
Location: Charlottetown is a beautiful City. We enjoyed the sites - harbour, boardwalk, architecture, friendly people. The 150th celebration was excellent.
When I booked this hotel through expedia.ca I was informed that expedia.ca had requested a room with handicapped accessibility. We did not have a room with accessibility to the bathroom facilities. The week-end was extremely difficult especially trying to bath a handicapped individual. Using the bathtub and toilet facilities was almost impossible.

Great central hotel

Comfortable room, good indoor swimming pool, close to everything and on the waterfront. Parking was extra but a not unreasonable $17 per day. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Location and the room itself
As soon as we walked into our room there were workers on a scaffolding right outside our window. We had a great view but the next two days we had to keep our window curtain closed and put up with construction noise . We complained to the hotel desk that they should have known what room they were giving us and forewarned us about it . We wondered if they give 'not so desirable' rooms to expedia booked people. We were not happy about this.

Centrally located hotel

Cons: Parking garage could be cleaned better.
Hotel is in the heart of the small provincial capital, and although a little overpriced was worth it for us. Staff was a very helpful and the housekeeping was first-rate.

Delta awsome

Spent 4 days in PEI and had an awsome time. The hotel was the icing on the cake as the staff were very polite, curious and ready to answer any questions. The facilities were clean, well maintained and easy to access for people with disabilities. The food at the hotel restaurant was great and fresh. I would recomend this place for anyone wanting to visit or do buisness there.
