Quiet motel for a great price
well situated and quite. Comfy bed with lots of tv channels. I would stay there again the next time I was in Pratt Kansas

Nice and clean room. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom clean and minimally stocked. Appliances worked well. The floor was clean, but was a cheap fake wood flooring and some of it had “let loose” so they had duct taped the seams. Since it was on the highway, we were pleasantly surprised that the road noise was not bad.

Great little place !!!
It is an older motel but it was clean and staff was very friendly. Easy and quick check in. And reasonably priced.

Nice room
Nice room, good king bed, good tv, clean and good service. Road noise all night and room was far from highway. Like parking outside room. Reasonable rate.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The property was pretty empty which made it quieter, I think. The room and bathroom were somewhat run down looking, but clean and functional. There was a great Mexican restaurant nearby that required a drive but was close and definitely worth it. Pratt is a great little town with an amazing city park. Enjoyed the visit very much.

For $50 it’s a decent place. Was clean but nothing special but again can’t expect much for $50. Same guy checked me out that checked me in. Was slow getting to the counter, thinking it might be a one man show so might be resting between customers?

We would like to share that you're absolutely rights, it was one man show on that day and our manager had to go everywhere by himself - to maintenance, housekeeping, renovation contractor.... because of employee didn't show up so that's was the only reason and we got 3 Star. First thing I must say is the parking lot and the room are very clean. No trash around the parking lot and the room very clean. The room is small but the bathroom is big. The bed and pillows very comfortable. I never got hot water from the shower but was OK. I wish the room had a more comfortable chair to sit in and there is no place to plug in your electronics at the desk. I asked for late check out but the maid tried to come in at 9 AM and woke me up. I couldn't put the Do Not Disturbe sign on the door as it was very windy and it kept blowing off. Nice for a one night stay.
