Lovely family run hotel with iconic sea views throughout the hotel! The staff are absolutely fantastic and inviting with a real sense of personal service. Throughout our stay the owner would approach us and we'd have a nice chat.
If you want a relaxing holiday surrounded by beautiful scenery, this hotel is perfect. The beach is stunning, and the pool (several floors up) is clean and generally very quiet, as well as being surrounded by some lovely flowers.
The stairs up from the beach to the hotel are a sight to behold (beautiful and incredible to think about how they were constructed into a cliff - even though I hate heights, I love them!).
Praiano is much quieter than the more favoured Positano, but closer (15 min walk) and much cheaper in my experience. The pizza place which overlooks the church serves some nice food; go in summer and you'll see local Italian life at its best: kids and parents playing football until 10pm in the square outside!
I've returned here once and will do so again - just wonderful :)

Absolutely stunning sea-view from room! Quiet location but good place to explore from with bus stops just outside. Good big clean room, safe, mini-fridge, TV, plenty of storage space for clothes, comfortable bed and a big balcony with deck chairs... To look at THAT view! Friendly staff on the whole. Nice continental style breakfast. A very good three star hotel with a beach and some very good restaurants and a beach close by. Steep ramp and steps up to hotel but wasn't a problem for us. Loved our stay here! Would happily stay at La Perla again.
This charming hotel is beautifully situated and our room was very comfortable with a garden area overlooking the water. Our host could not have been more helpful with planning our hike to the Sentiero del Degli, finding a good well situated restaurant for dinner and planning our transportation back to Naples. Would stay here again!!
Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The family owners are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is very convenient and so much more relaxing than Positano. We had a well appointed, modern, immaculate room on the upper level with a lovely balcony with a view of the sea. We took the owners advice and climbed the trail up to the Sentiero degli dei, glad they convinced us . It was a highlight of the trip. Breakfast was the best of our three week trip, many delicious choices. Overall I give this hotel full marks for friendly hospitality, we really enjoyed our stay.

The staff were amazing! super friendly, helpful and accommodating to all our needs. They picked us up and dropped us off at the bus stop and drove us to the beach. the recommendations for restaurants were excellent!
Amazing views... Jaccuzi overlooking the view is a bonus breathtaking!
Lovely breakfast with very friendly staff.
Beach is amazing!!!! Recommend the excursion to Capri was unbelievable!!! Hotel sorted that out for us. Overall have nothing negative to say I will be going back :)))
We had a wonderful 5 days at Locanda Costa Diva. Fantastic service from the friendly hardworking staff. We were pleasantly surprised to discover our room was on its own away from the main accommodation building and so had a private courtyard with lemon trees overhead and beautiful sea view!
Good varied choice for breakfast , and sitting underneath lemon groves in the sunshine overlooking the sea was absolutely amazing !
We hadn't planned on eating at the hotel every night, but after a busy day walking miles or sightseeing it was great to return to the restaurant for our evening meal. There was always a table available and a warm welcome. We tried many dishes on the menu and enjoyed it all! House red wine was delicious served in jugs, which we could take back to our courtyard.
The hotel was very quiet and relaxing during the day and at night.

Once an ancient fishing village, today Praiano is a prestigious seaside resort. Swimming, sunbathing, and boating are popular activities here, though the Church of Saint Luke the Evangelist, which also holds this saint's remains, is worth visiting. Within the church are fine paintings by Giovanni Bernardo Lama (including the Madonna with Child) and a silver bust of the saint, dated 1694.
