Excellent place for larger groups. We had presidential apartment and each kid had his own room. Superb concierge service, Zdenek and the entire group.

Central, family-friendly and incredibly welcoming
Great apartment with a couple of rooms, gorgeous bathroom with a bath and a rain shower, and a kitchenette with a frying pan and a couple of pans, a dishwasher and a kettle. The location could not have been better! Everything was within a 1/2 hour walk, the view from our window was amazing and there’s even a nearby supermarket to get the basics. The receptionists were very polite and helpful. They arranged airport transfer for us which worked out to be the same price as taxi with a meter. We cannot recommend this place enough!

The location is excellent: easily accessible by public transport and close to Prague Castle.The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed our 3-night stay there.

This is an outstanding option for a stay in Prague - we got the big 3 bedroom suite room number 301 - we're about to check out and I am so sad to go. Everything was wonderful. It's been snowing for 2 days and the views are so lovely. Staff friendly and just very cool. I wish we could have gotten this for longer but it was booked out - I will be back without a doubt. Amazingly beautiful HUGE apartment - love it.

My husband and I stayed here May 20-25-22. We stayed in the executive apartment and "loved" it!! the view of the towers was gorgeous. The room was spacious with a dining/kitchen area. The bed was so comfy!! We were greeted by Zdenek, the most awesome host ever! He was professional, friendly, and extremely accommodating, he suggested restaurants and the "must see" of Prague. When I return to Prague I will be staying at the Malostranska Residence. The location is perfect. We visited "Old town Prague" where the astronomical clock is and I am so happy we stayed on the other side of the bridge. This apartment is a must stay place!! We love and miss Prague. We had the most amazing time.

What a beautiful property and amazing location. We were in 201 with a beautiful view. Very convenient for the trams. Not too noisy. Limited on site service / assistance available. Expected a full kitchen and only had small refridge, two burners and toaster. Asked for a coffee maker and received. Would stay here again and recommend.

The staff is friendly and nice. Check-in process is straight forward. The room is clean and nice. The hotel have breakafst with EUR10.00/px, the staff will lead you to the restraurant which locate few shop beside the hotel (100m). Overall experience was great.

Excellent location in a heritage building that has been renovated. We can lookout to the plaza from a veranda. Key system is not convenient and can be confusing. We stayed in an apartment unit; there were four of us with 2 sets of keys. One time one of us got locked in. We discovered that locking the door locks from outside and inside and a key is necessary to get out😩. She had to wait for someone to return. Receptionists were all helpful and friendly. however they are not there at night and early morning. Also it would be nice to get free bottled water and for a short stay, kitchen facilities are not needed.

Great apartment in a fantastic location.
Wonderful stay. Only a few minutes stroll from Charles Bridge and also opposite a tram stop for easy transportation across the city. The apartment itself is great. Super clean. Super friendly staff. The apartment was huge and very comfortable

Perfect Location-Spacious and and clean room
I can not believe how perfect the location is. Right around the corner from St. Charles Bridge. 10 mins from the Prague Castle. Also my room was really nice! The staff was great. When I come to Prague again this is where o would study. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The property is perfectly located within walking distance of the famous Charles Bridge or a bit further, but still walkable is Prague Castle. The tram line is conveniently located right outside the door-and will quickly get you to any part of town. The property itself contains a lift, if needed or traveling with elderly parents. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, knowledgeable about the area. I would absolutely recommend Malostranka Residence. You can pay to have laundry done-as it is not in the room.

The email and face to face communication from Veronica was great assisting us with trams, tours,places to visit. We were upgraded to a better room upon arrival. The location was great close to transport, restaurants and the palace. I would stay there again.

The BEST location
Ended up booking this at the last second due to an issue with the air bnb we were staying in. Check-in was super easy, staff were very attentive and informative. The rooms were very comfy and clean. Bathroom was perfect, great shower, toiletries and hairdryer provided. Location is EXCELLENT. Easy to walk around Prague, especially to the castle and old town.

Beautiful penthouse with amazing views
The penthouse was beautiful with great views of the city. The location is very close to the Charles Bridge and the Palace. This place was good, but could use a few improvements. Towels were very thin and scratchy. We ordered breakfast and it took 2 hours to get there. Apparently the staff was distracted by helping a guest who had been cheated out of money. The room was kept clean, but one day they only did half of the bedrooms, so one bed was left unmade. Overall a good stay, but could use some improvements.

Door in the front is closed at all times. In case you leave your luggage with them after checkout, allow time for the reception to open the door. Filthy rooms with no AC, there is a 20 eur fee if you check in past 11 pm, which Is absolutely ridiculous! Breakfast is not included with the room, as is with all other hotels. There are other surrounding hotels at same rate or even cheaper, so opt out of this one if you can.
