Fantastic Hotel, huge rooms, great location

Posted 10-Jun-2014
Pros: Spacious rooms, excellent free breakfast, and free WiFi
Location: Very close to Old Town, Wenceslas Square, the Dancing House, and much more. During my stay we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see.
My recent 4 night stay here was wonderful, the best hotel I had during my holiday in Europe. The rooms are former apartments that have been converted with full & modern kitchens and bathrooms. The extra space was a welcome break from the typical tiny hotels I've seen in European cities. My room was on the 5th floor and had great views. The staff here treated us well and went out of their way to give us advice on nearby attractions, parks, restaurants, etc.

Nice hotel, great location. Wonderful breakfast

Posted 26-Jan-2014
Upon arrival we were greeted by the recptionist and he helped us get our little ones inside, 6 years and 3 months. He helped with the luggage and our stroller while my husband parked the car in the garage. We stayed on the 4th floor room 401 I believe. Great room, lots of space. The hotel is older but nice. Bathroom is very updated as well as the kitchen. The breakfast was awesome and the best I've had in a hotel with breakfast included in the price. The hotel is right next to the beer spa and not far from the shopping area. Will stay here when we go back to Prague.

Prague in one day

Posted 27-Dec-2013 on Hotels.com
The only reason I didn't give top rated its because the sofa-bed was teared in one visible spot and the rug was dirt and old. Location is great. I traveled with 2 small children and we managed our day in Prague walking to the old town, Charles Bridge and the castle. Breakfast is great with pancakes and eggs made to order. Security Parking is less than 5 minutes walking distance and it costs 24 euros/day. Rooms are very big with full kitchen. Employees were very polite and outstanding service. Definitely great price and very convenient.

Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast

Posted 23-Dec-2013
The rooms were large and having the kitchen was great. The location was perfect for walking everywhere and the staff were always very friendly ad accommodating. The rooms are old but charming. My only criticism was the bed. I can usually sleep anywhere but it was really hard as well as the pillows and I didn't sleep well. It's really too bad because everything else was excellent.

FANTASTIC TIME COULDNT ASK FOR MORE

Posted 14-Dec-2013
Pros: Location. Size of room. Value.
Cons: nothing
Location: Location is great and everything no more than 20 minutes away. It is worth doing some research prior to comming to prevent wasting time.
This is the first time we have used an apartment hotel and we could not ask for more. It was so much better than a normal hotel with a lot more flexability. The breakfast was a good continental and egg and bacon mix. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious with loads of storage. The TV is good although only UK news channels so might be benificial to take a laptop to plug into it with HDMI or SCART sockets, although there is so much to look at and do this might only be needed if you have children. The kitchen is a good size with everything full sized which is a good aspect. Some of the negative comments on here should really bare in mind that this is a VERY reasonably priced hotel and if they want more they should pay more! Good price, good loacation and friendly staff what more could you ask for.

Just OK

Posted 03-Dec-2013 on Hotels.com
We had a great visit and the staff was very polite and friendly. The biggest upset was the bed. The room was advertised to have a pillow top mattress and it did not. The bed was very hard and very uncomfortable. Felt like an old box spring mattress. The room was clean but could use some repainting. It was loud, we can hear every noise going on in the hallways. I could hear people slamming doors, walking up and down the stairs. One night i heard someone pounding and pounding on someones door and screaming. We slept in a few days and could hear the cleaning service in the hallways, talking and slamming doors. If you dont mind a hard bed and loud noise, then this place is for you. The place was clean, the bathroom was clean. Plenty of drawers and cabinets for luggage and hanging clothes. The apartment was very roomy and has plenty of space to hangout. The breakfast was ok and the service was really nice and pleasant.

Ok hotel

Posted 25-Nov-2013
The room looked like and an apartment with livingroom, kitchen and a separate bedroom. It was big but furniture were old. The room was as supposed to be a superior suite but it did not look like one. It was big but nothing like a suite. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast ok. Overall I was satisfied but I will not go again.

Fantastic cross between a hotel and an apartment

Posted 20-Oct-2013 on Hotels.com
Beautiful view (on the fifth floor), great breakfast, reception service, comfortable rooms, great having a living room. Pretty quiet. Would definitely stay here again. Only downside is its location is central but not particularly charming, just a busy st. That said, a lot of the old town seems like a bit of a zoo nowadays so it worked out well staying a bit away. Still walking distance though.
