“Simple, stylish & great value”
Located not too far away from the centre & but far enough from all the busy parts of Prague. Good facilities nearby and the standard of the hotel is superb for the money. Staff were amazing and very friendly. Would recommend for those on a budget or even those who are not! I was impressed with the hotel standards considering the price paid!
“Very Impressed”
Had a great time, Prague is a lovely place, Hotel was good for the price, up a hill, but not far from everything. New Year was great, all food and drink excellent. Would go back,
“excellent hotel for the price, clean, modern and comfortable.”
excellent hotel for the price, clean, modern and comfortable.
“review from Georgia”
The night bus (510) from the airport dropped us right outside the hotel (stop IP Pavlova). Too easy. The room was really nice. Breakfast was great.
“Satisfactory hotel”
The DaVinci hotel staff were very helpful - before and during our visit. The breakfast was satisfactory. Our room was well placed - nice in size and quiet. The hotel location is very good for easy access to public transport and to walk to the main sites.
“Execellent hotel and friendly staff - Will Definatley stay again”
I have been to prague before and i did not know what to expect when i booked the hotel. I stayed the last weekend in Nov with 2 other friends. When we arrived i was impressed with the hotel, politeness of staff and cleanliness of reception was of the highest standard. The rooms were very clean and modern and the bathrooms were very clean. All of rooms were of the same standard. I had a front facing room with a balcony and had no problems with any traffic noise as previously reported. The brekfast was ok, Typical of what you would get in a European city. The location was about a 5 min walk to the top of Wenceslas Square which was fine for us. I would most definatley stay in this hotel again and would recommend to other travellers.
“Average - Sure there's better”
Although at first glance the hotel seemed nice it could do with a new coat of paint especially in the rooms and the breakfast room. Weekend breakfast runs until 10am but they don't seem to put out any new/extra food from 945 onwards by which time there's not much left so not very welcoming for people wanting to enjoy a relaxing weekend. Fairly decent location - 10min walk to Wenscelas Sq and 20mins to the Old Town Hall and felt very safe. All in all not bad but could do better.
“Great Location - not great in the heat!”
The hotel was in an ideal location, close to the new town, not far from the old town and just round the corner from the Metro, resturants and bars. The only problem with the hotel was the very uncomfortable bed and the temperature in the room. It was Prague summertime when we stayed here and was about 35 everyday, yet the air conditioning wasn't on every day and when it was, it was only on for a few minutes. Also, on a couple of occassions the heating was even on! The room was often unbearably warm.
“Hotel DaVinchi”
First off, let me say that it's not actually at Wenceslas square, it's about 6-8 minute walk away from the Square (Which is more of a long street with statures in the middle) Aside from that the hotel was nice, pleasant staff excellent continental breakfast options and a very good maid service. The hotel is in an excellent position for people who don't want to be caught in the main part of the tourist area and want to explore at their own leisure.
“Functional”
For a short stay, this hotel is lovely. Very pretty reception area, nice staff. Room was fine, clean, modern decoration. No room service, bathroom the size of a closet, breakfast has limited choice. None of these things particularly bothered us though, it was only for three days and we got what we paid for. About a 10 min walk downhill into Wencelas Square, which is pretty enjoyable, only coming back uphill after a big meal could be quite tiring. I would stay here again if I were to return to Prague.
