“Lovely comfortable hotel”

This was our first stay in Prague and Hotel Albion was a very good choice for us. The bus line was up the street to bring us to the center of town every day. The staff spoke English and there was a no comission currency exchange at the front desk. The fabulous buffet breakfast every day was wonderful. Our room was bright, clean and comfortable. This hotel was a stopover for many tour groups but this never interferred with our stay at all. Prague is a true walking city and if you don't mind using pubic transportation this hotel is nicely situated 10-15 min. outside the city center to avoid the crowds, tourists, etc. Hotel staff will provide info for transferring from bus up the street, to the underground. After accomplishing this once, you'll get it! As a world traveler, I would recommend this hotel.

“Sensation White, Prague, 2011”

First I would like to start off with my extreme satisfaction with the Expedia services. Second trip arranged with you guys and second satisfaction ;) Othersiwe: - hotel - nothing to do with the pictures on the web page of the hotel; old building from the communists times, the room for disabled people ...well was only wide enough otherwise any other conveniences for people using wheelchair are missing; breakfast is SO-SO.... coud be better; service is let's say more or less ok - prague as a whole... beautiful city to visit, many sights to see - czech people.... no offense but ROOD/COLD/IMPOLITE/AGGRESSIVE ... totally disappointed with them. this is the experience of the whole group of 9 people what we were.

“Falsk marknadsföring!”

Detta hotell var sämre än vad som visas på bilder och vad som skrevs om det. Framför fönstrena hängde genomskinliga gardiner som skymde de rötna fönstrena som det drog kallt genom. Frukosten var inte mycket att välja på och äggen låg i varmvatten bad så de var grågröna inuti! På beskrivningen stod´det att det skulle finnas ett spa, det fanns det inte!

“TAKE A DIFFRENT HOTEL”

We staid at the hotel for 6 nights. In no way can we recommend this hotel. The staff was mostly unhelpful, the air conditioner did not work, the drain I shower and sink did not work properly and there was thick layers of dust in several places of the room. We eat the breakfast once. Even the apples tasted poorly. The next two days we could not get a table and ended up with leaving and buying breakfast another place before totally giving up on even going to try and get breakfast at the hotel. In the description of the hotel it states, that it is near the Charles bridges. We had to first take a bus a proximately 10-15 minutes, then go by metro a couple of stops. Al in al, about 40 minutes in transportation. I would not call this nearby. We always stay in either 4 or 5 stars hotels when we go for a trip. This is the lowest standard yet and we do not in any way understand how this hotel got or maintain it’s stars. Our advice: choice a different hotel.

“trop loin du centre ville”

Hôtel mal situé. entre 400 et 700 CZK (20-30 euros) de taxi pour rejoindre l’hôtel la nuit. plutôt bien desservie en journée: métro puis bus -compter 40 mn). 1h pour rejoindre l’aéroport: bus puis métro puis bus environnement de l’hôtel pas beau du tout. chambre propre mais accueil inexistant. bruyant: femmes de ménage peu discrete + voisins plutôt bruyants (8h du matin un dimanche) plutôt adapté a ceux qui viennent en voiture à Prague (parking) pas essayé le petit dej.
