We splurged on this hotel for one last night in Prague after a 3 week long trip, and I couldn't have been happier. The facility is just majestic, the chandeliers, decor, everything was gorgeous. The room was spacious, high quality toiletry products were available (which was great because we didn't have to unpack), and there were free non-alcoholic beverages and fresh fruit in the room. Wifi was good. Check in with Jakub was smooth and he provided helpful restaurant recommendations and directions. About a 5 minute walk to Charles Bridge 10 minutes to Old Town square. Breakfast was delicious and additional options are available free of charge aside from the buffet. Edi the butler is super helpful and always available. The hotel is just luxurious and personal, and my only complaint would be that we didn't stay there longer! Gorgeous place
I cannot tell you how great an experience this hotel was. It was friendly professional, beautiful and in a great location. I would strongly recommend this hotel for anybody who is visiting prague if you are looking for a special place to stay that will treat you as an individual and not just trourists. We will never say anywhere else while visiting prague again and we will trust me :)
We were given a free upgrade to a Junior suite which was up on the 5th floor with beams. (The lift only goes to level 4 but we have no problem with one set of stairs). The view over the river to Charles bridge and the castle was great. The staff were very helpful and very pleasant at all times from our early check in to our late departure. They also gave us a map of Prague and marked places that we were interested in on it for us and booked tickets to a concert for us.
This was the perfect hotel for us - right in the middle of Old Town Square and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. We never got into a taxi - walked everywhere. Our room looked out over the square and the windows opened so we could hear all the music - request room #20 if you can. The room is HUGE and the bathroom was very cool and modern. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and helped us with train reservations and anything else we needed. Be careful with the bathtub, though - not a great design, the handheld shower spray goes onto the ledge of the tub and runs off onto the floor. Just use a towel. No elevator, be prepared to walk up 3 flights of steps. We loved it- thank you!
From the moment we stepped through the door to the moment we left we could not ask for better service.
The warm welcome we received at the reception and the unobtrusive service of the housekeeping staff was excellent. The family suite we were allocated for three adults was so spacious, fabulously clean, the air conditioning was quiet and extremely effective in the 30 degree heat.. There was a good selection of fresh food offered at breakfast and it was replenished frequently.
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I would certainly stay there again and wouldn't hesitate recommending this to my friends. It's central location is an added bonus.
I stayed in 2 K&K hotels- in Prague, and in Budapest. They are in great central locations, modern and very clean, and the breakfasts had more than everything. the staff at both hotels were very nice. I would stay in one of their hotels in a minute.
This hotel is by far one of the best I've been to yet. The staff was really pleasing and very accommodating. The room was very clean and well arranged, even though it was a bit small. The bathroom was especially clean, which is something I always watch for. The location of the hotel was INCREDIBLE! A walking distance to ALL of the tourist attractions in Prague. The breakfast buffet is also a must! We were fortunate enough that it was included in our booking. Very courteous waiting staff as well. Did not get a chance to try their spa though, but I'm sure it would have been good as well.
