“No Better place.”

You could not WISH for a better hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and made our stay very special. We didn't want to leave.

“The Superb Savoy Hotel Prague”

Staying at the Savoy ensured a stress-free, comfortable time in Prague. Eating in the beautifully decorated Restaurant with the live piano playing was a magical experience in itself. Staff were extremely friendly and spoke good english so made for an even easier time. I enjoyed my stay so much that I m looking to have my entire family stay there next year when I get married in Prague.

The room's are beautifully decorated and furnished. The marble bathrooms are especially stunning. We were very impressed with the staff, all very professional and helpful.

“Excellent stay”

Excellent small five star hotel, suprised when a family turned up with small children. This hotel is not suitable for them and the the two occasions we had to suffer them in the resturant they created mayhem! Other than that service was excellent

“Excellent Hotel in All Respects”

Hotel in quieter part of Prague near to Prague Castle but we found the restaurants around that area to be better and not too overcrowded. The staff at the hotel couldn't have been more helpful and we would certainly recommend it to anyone interested in going to Prague.

“Would go back”

Me & my boyfriend went here for my bday 21st Dec for 3 nts. They brought champagne card & cake to my room on arrival.Which I thought was a lovely touch. The rooms were nice, bathrooms very impressive. Nicer than the room itself I thought.(we did stay in executive room) The only bad side was a slightly rude lady on the concierge desk. Other than that everyone else was very friendly. We had one meal in restaurant & were looked after very well. We decided to stay here as it was out of the main hussle & bussle, maybe with hindsight we were a little too far out.

Fantastic value for money, given the other options available in Prague. The Savoy gives you free minibar (restocked every day), free use of in-room safe, and breakfast inclusive (some other 5 stars didn't!) It is a fair bit of a walk back to the hotel, but downhill all the way into the city, going past the castle & over Charles bridge, so lovely to start off the day. On the way back just take the tram - it stops across the road from the hotel entrance. I'd definitely recommend anyone wanting to do the 5 star experience at some point to do it here, it's less of an increase than in other cities & the staff were very helpful and courteus.

Lovely hotel in a great location, close to the castle, though an uphill climb to return to the hotel. Would not suit those who don't like to walk

“Nice hotel in quiet part of Prague.”

First trip to prague, stayed 5 nights in May 05. The hotel is very nice, positioned behind the castle district (Hradceny). Rooms are simple, but nicely done with large bathrooms. The rooms seemed large to me compared to other European rooms. Staff was very friendly and the service was excellent, but the concierge could have been friendlier/more suggestive. The hotel manager was constantly around conversing with the guests. The free minibar is a nice touch. The restaurant was traditional higher-end european (i suggest the banana flambe) and the free buffet breakfast had a nice range of items. Position-wise, you're at the far end of the tourist area. It is nice and quiet, easy access to the castle, and the tram into central Prague. Highly recommended if you don't have to be (or want to be) in downtown Prague. I will definitely be staying there for future visits.
