“NIce and Clean”
We stayed for two nights. We found our room to be clean, quiet and comfortable. Multilingual reception staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with great variety of food and excellent coffee. The hotel is within an easy walking distance from the train station and all the major attractions. We will come back.
“very impressed with hotel”
thank you seven days for a great stay.no complaints at all
“Comedy of Errors!!”
Check in time is 2.00pm went to check in at 1.53pm room not ready! went back to the desk at 2.00pm to be told the room would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. Once given our room 401 at 2.10pm there was no curtains up on the windows. I telephoned reception desk to tell them about no curtains at the window and they informed me they would send house keeping to the room to hang the curtains. I then requested another room and was given room 501 which was fully made up awaiting hotel guest (why then did we have to wait after 2.00pm for a room). On the second day of our break we returned to the hotel about 5.00pm and the door key card did not work to open the room door. We returned to reception to get the door key card activated went back to our room and house keeping had not cleaned our room (no clean towels etc) had to wait for house keeping to sort this problem. The next day we had the same door key card problem but the room was cleaned. To top it all room 501 was under the fitness centre therefore we could hear the noise of the jacuzzi at 7.00 in the morning. Our whole stay at the Seven Days Hotel was like a comedy of errors and made our stay stressful.
“Reasonablly satisfied”
Booked a superior room as per advertisement, but was given an attic room, had to complain and get moved. Found staff very sterile and serious especially the manageress, but in fairness they were very efficient. Breakfast was very good, great choice or range of food. The location would be suitable to an older age group,as the Old Town had more of a holiday atmosphere and a better buzz.. Enjoyed the whole experience.
“OK”
The hotel is conveniently located; and the rooms come with complementary buffet breakfast. The Gym is only open after 8 pm; the rooms are a bit small--don't take the hotel tours--you can get the same tours at Wenceslas Square a short 5-minute walk for about 400 CZK less
“Highly recommended”
Very clean comfortable hotel, friendly staff, large spacious room. Walking distance to most of Pragues sights, but remember to bring flat shoes. Purchased a one day travel pass on the first day without realising how accessible everything was. Had our evening meal a couple of times in a lovely Italian restaurant just off Old Town Square called Giovannis, fresh pizza quick service, reasonably priced. Watch out for the price of drinks and meals in the town square itself, prices for a coffee were as much as £4 just outside the square £2, if you drink a lot of coffee like me it does add up.
“Boutique Hotel??? Expensive for what it is!”
This hotel is OK, well located, clean, vast rooms BUT certainly not of the standard it is priced at. We found it VERY expensive and with no real charm to it. The bed were on Roller-skates and any movement meant we were rolling around the room. Yes it was quite and the view where to the sky. Yes the breakfast was plentiful but ALL hot food were COLD at 5500 the night it is one of the most expensive and real no value for money. Glad we moved to the Old Square Hotel which IS a BOUTIQUE hotel.
“DHman”
I was very impressed with how helpful the hotel staff was. They attended to our every need, including helping to book a city tour and transportation to the airport. The breakfast they offered was good with variety in the food choices each day. The location of the hotel is optimum. Very close to everything. My wife and I were able to walk everywhere we wanted from there, including to the Prague castle, though I wouldn't recommend that walk unless you have comfortable shoes.
“Nice, Clean hotel; but not a great location”
Everything about the hotel itself was fine...it was clean, nice, good breakfast, friendly staff. It was just a little bit further from the main sites than we would prefer. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. Other than that, great choice for a hotel.
“Great hotel close to metro with great breakfast”
We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of bedding and breakfast at this hotel. Location is very convenient (1 block from the metro and Wenceslas square).
