“very impressed”
Good location with bar and shop near by. Very helpful multilingual staff. Would stay here again.
“Worth looking for”
I walked to the hotel from the closest Metro Station (1.5 blocks away) and had trouble finding it. Most people I asked had no idea where the street was, much less the hotel. Finally asked someone who was willing to walk me there. It is good they did. The hotel is on a corner and the small sign is about 2nd floor level, right on the corner. I would have walked right by. Plus the entrance isn't on Moran, it's on the cross street. Over all I was pleased with the hotel
“Location is best”
River and Metro station is near hotel. you reach every point what ever you want by metro or on foot.
“Hmmm”
Saff robotic but took request well. The hotel service guide located in my room said breakfast could be brought up to your room. One day they did bring it up to my room. One day they said they could not bring it up to my room as there was no room service. Hmm? The room was very clean. They informed us (the patrons) they were replacing the beds in the hotel via notes placed around the hotel random people apparently chambermaids and a handyman would constantly come in and out of my room without knocking. I got so tired of it I just left the door open and told them just come on in. At one moment I had about five different members of the staff in my hotel room. Asked for a taxi from the front desk one night which I was later to find out the taxi the hotel staff member requested charged me an extra $5. I know it’s only $5 bucks but still. There are no restaurants on the premises and after breakfast food is not to be found. Only a small store is located in the lobby that sells crackers, cookies, water and other sweets. There is a nice Café across the street that sells great local food… mid-range budget. The staff mostly consists of local ladies and they are young and beautiful. The area around the hotel is quiet and clean with a small shopping center and electronic store about three blocks away if you make two left while passing the café. I would recommend this hotel and if I stayed there again it would only be because of the Café across the street
“ozge”
nice and ciean hotel with a good hotel service. close to the shopping centers, restaurants and sighst.
“Excellent hotel”
Good standard hotel, convenient location, near to centre but not unduly noisy. I stayed here about 10 years ago and had little hesitation in returning.
“Great hotel and value.”
This was a great hotel. Clean with a good breakfast and curious service. It is about a15 minute walk from the city center which was a nice excuse to get some exercise and explore. There is a great cafe across the street and a mini-market down on the street that is reasonable.
“Good hotel close to the city center”
Nice stay at a good hotel which is located conveniently at the public transportation and close to the city center.
“Clean and Convenient”
We stayed for 3 wks in October/November & were very satisfied. Clean & comfortable room, good water pressure, plenty of hot water, helpful staff. Very close to Karlovo Namesti metro station and to two convenient tram stops. Breakfast included ham, scrambled eggs, roast vienna sausage, 2 kinds of yogurt, fruit, breads and spreads, coldcuts, cheese slices, teas, coffee and three kinds of juice, limited cereal choice. Bankomats on street and in metro station. Great bakery 1/2 block away. Czech pubs and a couple of other restaurants within 4 blocks of the hotel.
“Great hotel, great location, outstanding breakfast.”
