We stayed there 2nights. Cosy room with clean bathroom. Very comfortable bed. I loved big mirrors in the room. It is perfect if you travel by car because it is just by the main road from/ to Poznan.

Good location for the Old Town & shopping.
I had expected a slightly higher (not much) standard in both the rooms and the facilities. A source of disappointment was the inability to switch off the Polish-language dubbing on English-language movies in the small TVs provided in the bedrooms. This is rather unusual. Reception staff said it could not be done. Why not? I can do it on my TV set in Bangkok (Thailand), so why not in Poland? A greater disappointment was my inability to open the window, since all the rooms are air-conditioned. There was old dirt on the walls in my room, which could and should have been removed with a sponge. The rooms are serviced by two lifts, one of which has been broken for some time. The 3 stars on the building are at least 1 star too many. This hotel caters almost exclusively to local guests.

Cheap but not worth the price anyway
Very disappointing experience as hotel is dirty and very uncomfortable (smelly room with no option to open the window, dirty carpets all over, hair in the bathroom etc.) Would not recommend. The only good memory about this stay is a breakfast (big choice of buffet and fresh). Location also not bad, but for car drivers. If you're there to explore City Centre, look for a better location hotel.

Exellent Hotell Big Rooms!
Exellent hotell a Little bit outside of the city center, easy to get to by car. Great hotell for families with children because the hotel has a small pool and a sauna, unfortunately the pool area is not open for hotel guest more than a few hours a day, but overall a good experience but be sure to check opening hours of the pool before you decide to swim, it will save some time with disapointed Children :-)

Personally i will never book this hotel again
Requested a double bed room but i was given 2 single beds, I arrived late and the receptionist was sleeping at the a room behind the counter. When i explained to her that am 6"5 and even a double bed is smaller for me sometimes, she completely ignored me and was rushing me to leave so she can go sleep some more so she didn't even try to help me at all. Now the single bed mattress was so uncomfortable and i found bugs in my bathroom. The day time receptionist was helpful tho and the breakfast was okay as well.

GREAT VALUE IN POZNAN
clean,comfortable,and a great base in Poznan.Only downsize for us was the Swimming Pool which was advertised on its website was severely restricted to hotel guests in its opening hours.Its clearly operated by an independent company to the Hotel and commercially very profitable too for them!!Every local organisation in Poznan seemed to have pre-booked access but the poor hotel guest who merely wanted a quick dip before Dinner was in for a nasty shock.Please don't advertise it as a feature on the website if the only hours available to swim are either ridiculously early in the morning or late,late at night.

Booked this hotel as a budget place to rest our heads between business. Parking was free, it doesn't look and feel like the best neighbourhood but we didn't experience any issues. Wifi in the room is temperamental but workable. Each night the pool was busy with children and families, I guess they run classes and lessons so we didn't use the facilities much as though I would have liked. The hotel itself is a little tired, I think it's recently changed brand. There wasn't a restaurant and nothing close by except a 24 hour garage. Breakfast was a traditional polish buffet. Reception was manned 24 hours but the staff weren't the most helpful in the world.

NIGHTMARE
Worst hotel I have ever been. Not a single room with opening windows so you can imagine the smell and how stuffy it was. Carpets dirty. Total disaster. Checked out after an hour and found another hotel. I wonder how it is possible that this hotel is even allowed to function and accommodate guests

Not what you'd expect from a 3-star hotel
I've stayed there for 3 nights, just sleeping there. I was hoping to get great sleep for the long days on seminar. But the bed was horrible. I would not recommend this hotel for the price.

Economical and comfortable
Really helpful staff, room clean and tidy, good selection at breakfast. Location means you need to have use of a car or use public transport. There is a good service into Poznan and buying a 1, 2 or 3 day ticket allows you to use all the trams and buses, and will get you to and from the airport. Transport itself is timely and clean & tidy. If you are on a budget this hotel is a centre for exploring the many places worth visiting in and around Poznan.

Transit hotel
The hotel is rather for people who are in transit. If you travel west - east (road 92) and you need one night break to relax that hotel will suits you. If you would like to explore the city of Poznan you can be disappointed as it is far from the center, all attractions of Poznan are very far. Beside very uncomfortable beds there is no reason to complain, everything was good, clean room, bathroom polite and helpful staff. I hope they will buy new beds very soon. There is small indoor swimming pool and sauna.

Very average hotel,but price was good so we book it for family trip.Good point is staff,very helpful.Breakfast isn't included.Hotel is next to petrol station and car wash.Defenetly not for city break,but if you driving and need rest go for it.

Since is very far away from the city center, I recommend this hotel to those that have a car. The conditions are ok but there are works in progress in half of the building. When I arrived they first offer me a room on a floor where the air conditioned didn't function... without telling me that. After I noticed that and asked for my money back (35 degrees in the room), they suddenly found another available room with air conditioned on another floor. I would have loved to try the gym and the pool but they are opened only early in the morning and quite late in the evening.

Second to none in customer service
This hotel is great for students, busines travelers and families. It is walking distance from the mall, train station and several bus stops. Customer service is excellent, the breakfast buffet was great and the bar is cool. if you are over 30, and not skinny, pls. do not get the single rooms. You need a suite or apartment. (trust me ) Room was very clean, area is quiet, there is a 24 hr. store closer than the mall.

Cheap hotel with a good and quiet swimming pool and sauna. On the other hand we stay 2 nights and the didn't clean the room. The beds were the worst that I have ever slept in.

At least it was cheap
Check-in time at 12:00, when I arrived at 21:00 my room was still not ready! There was a receptionist (?! ) and the security guy in my room when I arrived, preparing my room. The receptionist was speaking to the other guy saying that she is not so professional in making those beds and the housekeeping staff would have done it much quicker. What a shame!

Not too bad budget hotel
This is a typical budget hotel. For holiday this hotel's location is not to be recommended. It is about 30 min on the tram from the city and then another 10 min walk from the station. The breakfast was good but the beds are the most uncomfortable beds I ever slept on. My back was killing me and the third and last night I slept on the floor.

The pictures of the hotel does not tell the truth. The rooms are small; bathroom was almost an airplane size ... no kidding. Bed mattresses, with metal spring coils, were very uncomfortable, with lots of miles on it! They looked almost like an army beds: the most disappointing fact. Limited parking space on site. I read some reviews after I booked the hotel and they were negative. I didn't noticed at first as I was in a rush. I tried to change the reservation but end-up stuck with is, as they do not consider cancellations, under any circumstance. I would be very careful to recommend this hotel to anyone unless they are on a tide budget. I lived through it but would look for something else first, next time. Sorry, I wish I could say something more pleasant.

The beds are lousy! The gym is actually not a gym, it hopeless equipment, not useful if you take training seriously! The staff is okay! The restaurant is very good!
