“Snow for fall.”

Hotel was nice enough. Location was fine for our needs. Would NOT recommend the breakfast package, only a few choices with pre-prossed foods. They would have done better with the buffet style we were more familiar with. Due to a freak snowstorm we lost power, along with 3 million others. The staff did all they could to keep to try keep everyone comfortable. Good job!

“Clean but too expensive for what you get”

Hotel was clean, but the layout was confusing and involved long walks and stairs instead of elevators at most locations. Access is difficult due to a weird on-way-then-Uturn set up of the streets. Bang for the buck is low. I have stayed at nicer hotels in Key West for about the same cost.

“Bed's a killer”

Stayed two nights on business, the bed was terrible. They just finished a very nice lobby renovation so astatically it's quite nice. However the bed that I got was really bad. I cannot recommend someone to stay there due to the beds.

“hotel ok”

The hotel was under construction which was not mentioned when I booked my room. If I had known that I would of stayed else where. Although the room was comfortable and clean, I expected more from a Marriott. Front desk personel not very friendly.

“Fine hotel”

Hotel was very pleasant, staff as well. No complaints on anything except breakfast buffet was confusing - not clear whether one served oneself coffee or if one had to pay. When attempt was made to pay for coffee & juice, nobody around to take money - so I wound up never having breakfast there again.

“Ok to rest your head but...”

I've stayed here before and the one thing that jumps out at me is the smell of stale smoke in the rooms. Other (newer) hotels offer cleaner environments and it is worth checking into one that smells fresh. There are so many in the area and all have comparable rates. I won't stay at the Courtyard again unless they completely renovate and clear out the smoke from the carpet, bed, linens, curtains,etc. They probably won't...

There are several places to get a quick breakfast (i.e. Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, Price Chopper). Don't waste your money on the hotel breakfast

“clean, friendly, and comfortable”

The hotel is in a convenient location. the desk clerks were friendly and helpful. we had a nice stay.
