“Would Not Return or Recommend”

I've never seen a new(ish) building age so fast. Maintenence, repair, and upkeep are apparently low priorities here. Carpets looked like they needed cleaning and had some stains. Breakfast area was small and cramped and not well stocked.

“Americas Best Ports Mouth”

Not really any complaints with the hotel. Especially considering the price and duration of stay. Would like to see some hard boiled eggs even if they are cold to the the Continental breakfat.

“What a Deal!”

This hotel was perfect and for an incredible price. There were cookies waiting for you at check in, a very nice continental breakfast each morning. The rooms were clean and modern. The price you just couldn't beat. We had a friend staying at a nearby hotel chain paying $35 more a night. He wish he had stayed at out hotel. Thanks for the great stay!

This hotel was clean and friendly, breakfast was fine and location was great for portsmouth and kittery.

“Convenient stay :)”

Convenient location for outlet shopping at kittery ME, hop skip & jump over the bridge and shop til you drop! Hotel staff were super friendly and continental breakfast was included in the stay... Although it was kinda bare bones for selection, it was a convenient start to the day. We stayed 2 nights and on the second morning we decided to forgo the breakfast and didn't feel like we were missing out. Overall, we would stay again for sure :)

“Welcoming Staff!”

The manager was friendly and helpful when we arrived. Our room was very neat, the bathroom was spotless. The beds were comfortable and we were able to control the room temp. We would definitely stay there again!

“Excellent hotel and great staff”

We were somewhat daunted by the location of the hotel near a huge rotary(roundabout for we Brits) but once we arrived things got better. We had requested a microwave and a fridge but there was no microwave and a sub standard fridge. Enter the excellent young man on reception. he arranged for maintenance to provide a microwave and had the fridge replaced with an efficient modern mini fridge. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. i would not hesitate to stay again.

“Just right”

Nothing fancy but the hotel was comfy, clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. Access to Holiday Inn pool if wanted and 15 minute walk to the centre of Portsmouth. Exactly what we were after for a weekend in the Portsmouth area.
