“Hotel near Porto”

A very good hotel in an excellent location but you need a car to get there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would certainly go back.

Très bien classé, il y a eu toutefois quelques failles: aucune chaîne de télé francophone sur un minuscule poste de télé indigne d'un hôtel de cette catégorie. La clim' ne fonctionnait pas d'une manière satisfaisante pour avoir une sensation de fraîcheur dans la chambre.. Pas d'accès à Internet autrement que dans le hall, cher (3 euros/h) avec des difficultés de connexions. Personnel très serviable et une vue magnifique depuis le restaurant. Prêt de serviette pour la piscine. Ce n'était pas précisé.

Area recommendations

A voir Braga et Bom Jésus, Viano do Castello, Porto... La région est toutefois moins riche que la région de Lisbonne pour visiter.

“Excellente prestation”

L'hôtel est très agréable! une excellente prestation. Le personnel est à l'écoute et répond à toute les attentes! de plus, l'environnement de l'hôtel est vraiment très magnifique! A voir absolument!

“Würden nicht wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.”

Achtung, Standardzimmer bedeutet Zimmer mit Poolblick, ohne Balkon = dunkles Zimmer mit sehr kleinen Fenstern zum Pool. Haben nach Reklamation Zimmer -offensichtlich ungern- getauscht bekommen, dann mit Balkon. Alles sehr altmodisch, Balkon-Schiebe/Schrank-Schiebe-Türen klemmen, sehr laut beim bewegen, besonders morgens laut/störend. Überall alte Teppiche. Kleiner Fernseher, 2 verschneite deutsche Programme, Sat.1 und NiKi. Zahnputzbecher aus Plastik. Im Restaurant beim Frühstück durften die Fensterplätze nur von 4-er-Gruppe besetzt werden, Paare durften nicht ans Fenster, auch wenn Tische frei waren...
