Clean hotel and wonderful staff.
Great, clean hotel. The young lady at the front desk was wonderful. She booked our dinner reservation and our taxi to the airport. Great experience.

The beds and pillows were awful. The property needs upgrades. We thought it was close to the airport... its not. Staff was good but the interior is old and worn.

During my very brief stay at the property, I interacted with six are seven staff members. Every single one of them was super nice. None of them were the owner, but they all acted as if it were their family business.

Fast check in. Got to hotel before checkin time. Our room wasnt ready yet, but within 30 mins we were about to go to room. Clean and friendly staff. Nice breakfast too.

Clean but 80ies style
Pictures on hotels.com don’t reflect the reality... breakfast not really good. The hotel does not deserve the 8.3 rating and parking is very limited we could not park the first night in hotel parking.

Very comfortable and spacies bedroom with additional day room kept all the time very clean. Excellent staff service who’s always helpfull and available. Good breakfast.

Great hotel to stay in! We stayed in the 8th floor and my only complaint is that the elevator noise is a bit too loud and we could hear everyone someone wanted to use it.

The staff was extremely helpful. We arrived late and there was no hotel parking available, so the night manager moved his car and let us park in his place. The room is nice, clean and spacious. Good location if you have a car and need to be close to the airport.

An amazing hotel with amazing staff: Joao from front desk kindly returned my coat which I had left at the hotel. Not only that, he didn't finish work til 2330 and he then took the coat to the airport where I was based due to fly out at 0640. Thanks Joao

In the centre of Maia
A two-night stay in this hotel was really great. It was in the centre of Maia where getting metro to Porto (Trindade) was very easy. Room was in excellent conditions, very clean. Staff provided us with all the information needed and I definitely recommended this hotel to other people as it is relatively cheap and with great location.
