“Comfortable bed!”

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. That's all I really cared about, and they delivered.

“Helpful hotel”

Easy going hotel with airport shuttle. All the workers were helpful and sweet. I would recommend this hotel for a night or two. Easy to the airport and close to the Hawthorne Street shopping/dinning area.

“A Dream Come True”

Treating myself to this little visit to Portland was very special, and your hotel filled the bill perfectly. I was not looking for opulence or splendor, just proximity to the airport, comfort and friendly staff. You served up all three! The shuttle driver, the front desk folks, the breakfast, the other guests-----the friendly people at the restaurant across the street.......perfect for my situation. Thank you for being there.

“Very nice hotel”

It's a well kept hotel. Everything was in good condition. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Very good experience for the price. Breakfast was limited but good.

“Average”

Staff was friendly and made extra effort to make sure enough breakfast was provided hot for morning. They had free fresh cookies when we arrived but one of the other travelers just about knocked me down trying to get as many as he could. Bathroom toilet seat was askew so kept slipping but beds were comfortable, quiet room,and close to restaurants and shopping.

Grotto is great to visit and shopping good at Clackamas Center

“Ramada Portland I-205”

Went and got dinner; came back a little before 9pm, and parking lot was full. Had to drive around to look for a place to park our vehicle, and the surrounding streets lack street lights...didn't feel safe at all, especially traveling with two small children and ended up parking across from an old beat up hotel that was not safely lit.

“In Portland to visit family”

Very close to I-205, but not noisy from the highway, however if you have neighbors next door, you can hear them. They have a great breakfast billed as "continental", which included sausage, eggs, biscuits, oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, cereal, coffee, milk, juice - really nice way to start the day. Also free local newspaper and WIFI in room. But they could not get our toiletries right - no conditioner but two bottles lotion, didn't replace the shampoo the second day with three people staying in the room. Lovely fresh cookies in the pm. Neighborhood was "OK" to drive through, but my husband runs so chose to drive to the resevoir to run because it felt safer (and a nice view). Not enough parking, had to park on the streets most nights when returned after 10:00pm.

Area recommendations
Portland and surrounding areas are wonderful because each neighborhood has a distinct feel and "loyalty". Wonderful restaurants and bars abound to sit and talk.

“Safe and sound as a lone woman”

The hotel was very nice and clean and most of the staff were friendly. The breakfast was very good. I was, however, frustrated because I had to climb on a chair and then the night stand to reach the air conditioner controls and also the smoke alarm had a dead battery and chirped at me two nights even though i had asked them to fix it the first day. The last day I was there I returned to the room to find the room not made up. (Earlier, like 8:30 a.m., I had asked the maid to come back in a while. I left the hotel at 10:30 a.m., returning to the room at 8:30 p.m. to an untidy room.
