“will stay again”

easy in / out to airport and x-ways = many places for meals if not interested in rest. in hotel. in area a couple times a year and have stayed at places nearby will diff be back

“Great Portland airport hotel.”

This is a great hotel, but understaffed. There was food in the hallway until 3 p.m. from the day before, as an example. Also, the typically good Embassy Suites breakfast was good, but the line was so long for an omlette that it wasn't worth the wait. Great hotel and location, otherwise. Great shuttle service, too.

“Great experience!”

Friendly staff! Clean room. Close to the Portland airport. The front desk clerk even remembered my name the following day! When does that ever happen?

“Nice Hotel in Salem”

The Grand is a comfortable hotel in great location downtown Salem. The rooms are clean but could use a little updating, the internet service is not very stable or fast for business use (although good enough for personal use). The in-hotel restaurant is great an the staff is friendly.

“Certainly return”

I had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious for a family of 5 or 6. Everything was very clean and the staff was courteous. Fish in the lobby floor was a hit with my kids. Great breakfast. I would request the upper floors next time, the bar can get pretty loud at night.

“I loved this hotel.”

This was a beautiful hotel. I loved the waterfalls, ponds and plants in the inside. It was a great stay and the room/staff was great. I would defiantly recommend this hotel to someone else. Very satisfied with my stay.

“Convenient Hotel Near PDX”

Nice hotel conveniently located for travellers near PDX. Spacious rooms with nice decoration. Excellent personal treatment bt staff. Only little disappointment for the breakfast. Little choices, unnacceptable to have a waitress rationing the sausages!!
