“Demanding Guest More Than Happy”

We found this hotel to be at the top of its class in all categories. When booking this room, we requested specific items, which were all given to us. The staff were all professional and friendly. The three nights sleep were some of the best we have had in 38 years of hotel visits. The room was spotless. There was NO noise. Parking and access were ideal. The bed was very comfortable. The TV and cable service were excellent. The air in the room and hotel was clean, fresh; the ventillation-heating system was very nice and quiet. We are booked for another three nights next month also in this hotel. The price is the best in the city. This is our ONLY hotel for our frequent visits to our family in another state. Thank you Marriott.

Anyone staying in a hotel on the west side of Portland, Oregon should consider staying at this hotel.

“Wonderful staff, clean and comfortable”

I was in town for a conference at a local hospital. This hotel was close and convenient. The staff were very nice and helpful and my room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were not bad and on par with a hotel in this price range.

“Fridge not cold enough”

My only complaint is that the room came with a small fridge that i don't think was cold enough to store milk. I requested a fridge because I needed to store milk and other perishable food for my baby, but the fridge that came in the room seemed lacking. I ended up having to throw out the milk and yogurt that I bought. Other than that, the hotel, room, and service was good. We found the breakfast to be convenient and especially liked the make-it-yourself-waffle bar. My toddler was happy with the variety of breakfast items that he could eat.

“Great Hotel”

My wife and I love this hotel. This is our third time staying here and we have been greatly pleased with the hotel. Very close to a lot of shopping. Wonderful place to stay!

“Great Location”

The hotel staff was friendly and thorough. The breakfast included with our room was awesome, there was an excellent variety of food choices. My daughter left some new shoes in the room, the staff mailed them to us, and we had them the next day after calling the hotel about them. The hotel was minutes from our volleyball venue, and minutes from Washington Square Mall. We will definitely stay there again.

“When we come back to visit, we'll stay here.”

The hotel was clean and quiet, the staff was very helpful and pleasant, and the location was perfect for our needs. The breakfast was quite satisfying, the pool was great, and the Wi-Fi and parking was free! We would definitely come back.

Dining

We would recommend going to Thai Flavor. It is very close to the hotel and both the food and the service was great. We got the eggplant dish and the panang curry dish one night and the pad thai and panang curry the next night.
