"Cannot fault the property at all. Staff in all areas of the hotel were welcoming and friendly always. Only areas for improvement could be 2nd floor ceiling as exiting the lift and enforcing that catering staff use the tongs to put out pastries instead of their hands as this was a total turn off. Overall a brilliant stay and would come again! Thank you"

"Had an executive suite. Was an excellent price and room and bathroom were lovely and clean. The only thing that let this room down was the net curtains at the window which were dirty / mouldy. Upon opening the net curtain it revealed a very rotten window frame. But the price of the room was so cheap. Couldn’t really complain "
