If we can save we save our guest money. Please grab another budget friendly room any time we would love to have you. We will be looking at your A/C also in the room you stayed in to be sure it is working correctly. Our A/C's usually freeze everyone into a sweat shirt and blankets-)

Unfortunatly we can not move the hotel, or tell the other hotel how to act , but we do take extra percautions by having lots of camera's that we moniter 24/7 , we also do not let poeple on the property without being registered. We do even go up to people if we do not recognize them and ask them what room they are in. If they do not have a room we ask them to leave the premises. So rest assured we always want our guest to feel safe.

Robert,I am very sorry that you were not happy with your stay. You stayed three nights with us, I wish you would have given us a chance to make this up to you before you left this review. We moved you both when you asked to be moved from the steps. All of these problems in a room we would have wanted to move your room again. The hotel next to us we are not a part of and that is why we have a nice white fence between us. -) Please know we take great pride in our property and are employees do also. Dear Jodi,I would like to start with we are sorry that there was a disturbance with your next door room. It is unfortunate, however, we do not have control every single persons personal situation. As soon as we were made aware of the situation we did take actions to have it handled. As for maintence goes, I myself got them up from their TV's and had them come help us. They were there for 15 minutes just cleaning up and hanging a board. My name is Stephanie and I am the manager. I worked late Saturday and was off Sunday and got your message here before I could give you a call back. I will let you know how sorry we are that your stay was not up to your standards. We always want to have that perfect stay for our guest., but the reality is that we never know how guest will behave. If it is a situation that the hotel could not prevent or had no control of there really is not much we can do about that. All of our rooms face out to the parking lot and we tried to keep a group we checked in towards the back. However, being sold out that night you came in we most likly had to give you one of our last rooms. We do wish you would have came to us ASAP so we could have tried to help you. Hello Melia,Sorry about your family member. We always want to make our guest comfortable. After reviewing your stay I do see that you did have a full clean on 11/29. The floors were swept and mopped. We do not use a buket for mopping they actully use spray and rags on the swefters until the come up clean. The sheets were changed and the bathroom was cleaned. As for the smell in your room I am not sure what that was. We did check the room completly and have found no smell. We of course have since rented that room and have had no other complaints. Of course the housekeeper should have put the trash bags in the trash can, she might of mopped her way out and forget. We are sorry about that. We have not done cleans daily on rooms since covid. It is more eeconomical to just check with our guest what they need and schedule full cleans with our weekly stays. This is how we can pass saving to our guest. We truley are sorry if someone told you we come into the rooms daily. We hope you find one of our Choice Hotels that is more accomidating for you.
