The owner of this property, whom I have known for years, threatened to contact police, and proceeded to " kick us out" because I didn't have the money to pay for the reservation, as I was waiting to be paid for a commercial cleaning job I had performed for a client. My hisband gas early onset Alzeimers disease and my Dog Rita, is a therapy dog who is also trained to detect seizure activity before it occurs. I am beyond appalled and disgusted athe blatant lack of empathy and the apparent Greed of the owner of this property. The man and I have similar ties to the community, and I informed this gentleman that I would be contacting Wyndham Corporate; that statement did not faze him..As it stands, my husband and I were displaced after Hurricane Ian, and stay in Hotels to stay off the streets as shelters are loaded to the max..We are now back on the street, and I work 3 jobs to earn enough money to pay for hotels, because rents are extremely high in Charlotte County, Fl. I am now Extremely Reluctant in choosing the Wyndham chain of hotels for future accommodation...Thank You for your time, Marlene A Rosenberger

At first we didn’t notice the bad smell coming out of the AC, then it became even hard to breathe. We called the front desk person and he moved us to a different room. Other than that everything was fine and the other room was super clean and smelled good.

Hotel was clean... however breakfast was a joke. Just 1 pancake maker and prepackaged danishes and fruit. Never before have I seen a line just for breakfast. Price for stay definitely overpriced for what you get.

Poop in my rooms toilet when i checked in. Looked like it was just used and nobody flushed so i was questioning how well the room was really cleaned. I was given a nother room that seemed okay but by then i was wondering how good they clean any room. Have stayed in other microtels that were much nicer.

This hotel was well worth the price. Very clean and had average breakfast for free The only thing I didn’t like is they have a Kios check in at the lobby. No greeter at the front desk to speak with. Very impersonal.

The place was over priced. The rooms were acceptably clean but were a bit shabby and had very loud a/c units. The area around was strip malls on a main road - seemed safe but a bit run down

I did not use the kiosk in the lobby for check I or check out. The staff was pleasant to me both times. There was a dead bug in the bathroom tub and a hunk of ceramic tile missing around the base of the floor in the bathroom. For the money i paid it was a good value.

Room was clean- breakfast was adequate. No kettle in room as was advertised. Toilet seat was not fitted to toilet properly so moved when sat upon. Shower head pulled away from wall and was clogged with limescale. Spoke to reception about issues- not really interested. Definitely not worth money paid.

Virtual check in was a disaster, beds were awful, room was infested with roaches didn’t complete my stay checked out early and had to fight in order to get refunded. I will never stay at a Wyndham property again after this experience

Room smelled of mildew. Air conditioner was clunking and whining and too humid to not have it on, seemed to kick on every 2 or 3 minutes, complained to the front desk and was told they could do nothing, they didn’t have any rooms left. Should not rent a room that is in such poor condition. Parking lot was well lit.

Air conditioner runs constantly - was told all are like that. Site advertises gym facility - it is closed/not available. Was told due to hurricane - ONE YEAR AGO!! Check In is a kiosk. Technology sketchy at best, hard to hear. No one at front desk most times I try to get help. Will NEVER stay hear again!

Would not return. Check-in and check-out were completed at a kiosk with a webcam (even though there was a staff at the front desk). It was difficult to hear the person on the other end and very impersonal. Our first room had an overpowering smell of mold. We asked for a new room and it smelled a bit better, but was still off and was very small. The pool had not been cleaned and was green and gross. There were no lounge chairs to lay on, so we laid on the hard concrete. We didn't dare go in the pool. Overall the experience was disappointing and I couldn't wait to leave. Wish I hadn't wasted my money
