"Best premier Inn, I’ve ever been to, it’s very clean, friendly and helpful staff:"
A verified traveller from Thatcham stayed at Holiday Inn Express Poole, an IHG Hotel
"Absolutely fine, was welcomed by a thoroughly nice chap who checked us in etc.
Room was up in the rafters but was nice, comfortable bed and a magnificent bathtub.
Spent an hour in the bar and enjoyed that, drinks were reasonable price and it seemed to be quite full.
Had to leave at 06:00 to catch ferry so didn’t eat breakfast.
Only negative was the toilet seat was quite loose and I felt a little uneasy sitting on the pan, expecting it to slip off at any second. Absolute not a show-stopper but needs sorting as it could be dangerous (didn’t report it as reception was unmanned when we left at 06:00).

"Had a lovely pleasant stay. Had a very welcoming experience from the owner who seemed genuinely pleased to see us. Gave us all the information we needed and showed us to our room. The room was immaculately clean and very spacious, as was the en-suite. Breakfast was an abundance of fresh yoghurt, pastries, cheeses and cereals. Hot tea and coffee with crumpets, toast etc. would definitely recommend and we will stay again. "
"Had a fabulous stay, the staff and facilities were awesome and whilst not the most luxurious the location and service were faultless! We will definitely return! The free upgrade and card/chocolates were appreciated adding to what can only be described as a perfect break!! "
