Hôtel convenable

Séjour convenable, immeuble refait à neuf, propre, mais service presque inexistant. Réception fermée le midi, ne rouvre qu'à 15 heures, voir 17 heures sur certains jours, donc pas la peine de se présenter ou avoir des renseignements avant ces heures là. Parking privé fermé à partir de 21 heures, donc la voiture reste à l'extérieur si vous rentrez après cette heure. Chambre placée à côté de l'ascenseur, donc un peu bruyant, télévision très mal placée à prendre dans la figure si vous êtes grand. Pour le prix et le nombre d'étoiles, je pense qu'il y a des efforts à faire.

Très agréable séjour. Personnel accueillant. Chambre confortable, grande et propre. Juste à côté du centre ville pour sortir et se restaurer. Petit déjeuner très complet. Facile de se garer en voiture.

Great Hotel

Superb hotel in 19 century building with high ceilings and excellent decor. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. A great deal of attention has been paid to the detail and design. The secure parking was a bonus. The breakfast was good and the hotelier very obliging. Could not ask for more!

My family as well as my parents were charged a tourist tax fee when we arrived. Which I found odd. Non of the other patrons that we knew where charged. Why did we have to pay an no one else.

Arnaque petit-déjeuner !

Lors de mon arrivée, on me demande si je prendrais le petit-déjeuner, j ai répondu "oui". Le lendemain, panne de réveil je n'ai pas pu prendre mon petit-déjeuner avant de partir. J'ai donc demandé le remboursement (12,50€ ce n'est pas négligeable..) et on m'a répondu "ah non pas de remboursement, je ne vais pas pouvoir revenir en arrière.." ok donc moi je ne vais pas pouvoir revenir tout court !!!

J'ai apprécié l'accueil "personnalisé" que l'on ne retrouve plus guère: accompagnement jusqu'à la chambre et explications. Le petit déjeuner est, en ce qui me concerne, suffisant avec Oh miracle! de véritables croissants forts bons de surcroit. La vaisselle est agréable, "French Garden Fleurence" de chez Villeroy&Boch.
