As they are the only hotel in the area they can do as they please. You pay their prices or don't go.
They lead you to believe that they have a private beach when it's not. If you want a sunbed on the beach it's 16 euro's each, per day .Nowhere can you find a price for the buffet dinner.Only the hugely expensive suites have a balcony, the sea and mountain view rooms just have a small window. The rooms are painfully small for the cost.
On the day that we left we were locked out of our room before 12.00 noon, very embarrassing !!
This hotel has totally changed our mindset never to return to the same location as the world is too large to go back to somewhere we have visited before. The location is perfect, the hotel is beautiful and the every single employee was helpful and friendly. We can't wait to return!

Very relaxing stay. We had a room at the back but would be worth upgrading to one at the front with balcony for the views. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent selection for buffet breakfast which you eat on the terrace overlooking the sea. However rather surprised that you couldn't charge anything to your room and had to ' pay as you go' as apparently food and drink were a separate operation to the hotel.

The hotel Daina is in a great location with the most beautiful pool looking over the beach and harbour. The breakfast selection is excellent and the staff polite and attentive.
Unfortunately the room we stayed in did not have air conditioning which is essential for comfort in a hot country. The room was a a bit tired although clean , the bathroom was scruffy with no proper shower and chipped toilet seat and the hair dryer did not work. It's worth looking at other rooms as they seemed to differ in what was offered.

The location is perfect, about 4 minutes from the beach. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. Great pool, snack bar and entertainment. The rooms were modern, refurbished recently by the look of them, and spotlessly clean. This is a great hotel that we will definitely use again.

Excellent and secure bike storage, great and plentiful food, ideal for pre-and post-ride fuelling; nice pool area, cycle hire/bike shop/cycle cafe across the road, supermarket opposite, couldn't ask for more.
"Small, charming hotel in a picturesque location."
The Hoposa Niu hotel, Cala San Vicente is ideal if you are seeking a relaxing holiday. Its location next to a sheltered cove offers views of low cliffs and incoming waves. Swimming in the turquoise blue water is exhilarating and the clear waters offer great snorkelling. The staff are very welcoming, courteous and helpful. The waiters will share a joke without being over-familiar. The hotel offers Bed and Breakfast holiday bookings only and evening meals are available as a pay as you go option, which guests will need to include in their budget. The bedrooms have been recently tastefully renovated and are pleasing and comfortable with satellite TV offering BBC 1 and 2, Channels 4 and 5. The bathrooms are also modern and well-appointed. There is a new plunge pool and sun-bathing area located on the roof of the hotel. The finishing touches were being put in place during our stay in May 2015, and this area will be an appealing feature for those not wishing to sunbathe on the adjoining sandy beach. A hire car is recommended as transport to the hotel and for sight-seeing as Palma is a good hour away by bus. All in all, this is a lovely hotel and resort.
