“Will never go back to this hotel.”

First of all the carpets are in need of cleaning. The chairs in my room had some sort of animal hair all over them. And the one night I had no hot water to take a shower. You will also find a couple of the desk people are not very friendly. I would never recommend this hotel to my enemies let alone my friends and family.

“Not impressed”

First no internet for 2 1/2 days. Hotel says not their fault. Bed/Mattress was like sleeping on a rock and not a smooth rock. I did recieve a free meal and drink. But still not impressed. Charge for continental breakfast.

“only reasonable hotel in lakewood”

i have stayed here many times for business because this is the only reasonabale hotel in the area. the only problem is that the heater does not warm up even when you put the thermostat to 80 degrees. also, i am disappointment that they have discontinued the free continental breakfast.

“Restaurant closed early, no other food options nearby”

If you are business traveler with evening meetings, this won't work. The restaurant closed much earlier than marked, as did the bar/lounge, and there were no menus around from area restaurants that would deliver.

“Not so great”

There were guests of 3 different weddings staying at the hotel the night I went, and it was completely booked. There was a lot of noise in the hallway, and after I called the front desk, the employee working behind the desk came and literally yelled for everyone to leave a room that people were drinking in. I was disappointed in the way the situation was handled, as people were already yelling at 1:40 am and we didn't need one more person yelling, especially an employee. Also, I'm not sure how the management didn't hear all of said yelling as our rooms were extremely close to the lobby.

“Convenient location but too loud and too dirty”

We stayed at the Ramada because the rates were too good to resist! I wish I had resisted as the room was dirty, the hotel was really loud, and the service was poor. The food on the breakfast buffet was barely room and the restaurant was dirty. Next time, I plan to resist the good rates and go to the Hilton down the street.

“toms river trip”

I've stayed at this hotel the last 3 or 4 times I've been to NJ. It's conveniently located to where my business is and it's very clean. My one issue this trip was the thermostat in the room. It was either too hot or too cold. Could not find a happy medium with the blowing air. It's very clean and it has deals on the prices.

“pleasant stay in Tom's River”

We were very pleased with our one night stay at the Ramada. Bedding and especially the pillows were very comfortable. Continental breakfast with scrambled eggs and link sausages another happy surprise.
