“Nice hotel, would come back!”

Great location and price for season. We came up for a short weekend, and found the room to be very comfortable and clean. The only complaint I would have is there was music playing thru the hallway speakers all night and was a bit loud. Other than that, nice room. No bed bugs either:)

“Hurricane Evacuation”

Hotel room smelled horribly of mold and the carpet was damp to the touch. I was charged for breakfast on booking ..... felt like I was eating in a school cafeteria. I expected a sit down menu breakfast in the hotels dining room. Avoid this place at all costs, for the evening was the worst over night experince ever endured !!!

“Very nice pool and breakfast”

We were there with 2 kids, and they loved the warm pool and joined patio. Rooms were well equipped and clean. Included warm breakfast was very good, coffee was a little bit weak, but everything else was excellent!

Area recommendations

We were warned, but Seaside Heights boardwalk is not great for attractions, beach or food. We had excellent dinner at TGIF.

Not what I expected with a holiday inn. Kind of small, tv didn't have a lot of channels, no hot tub. Decent, kind of disappointed.

“Tons River Holiday Inn”

The room was average, maids were great. However, ants everywhere, no safe, no frig, and the hotel restaurant, the Palms, was horrible. There was a reason the restaurant was empty when we went and seriously over priced. For three people having eggs, bacon and toast, it was $43.00. We had more at Toms River Diner for $28.00 the next day. Elevators were bumpy and the doors always closed before you got all the way in. The only thing that was good, the shower but at 6 feet tall, I had to crouch. I would not recommend this hotel unless your preference is a one star hotel. I'm use to 3 star hotels and this one couldn't reach that high. Holiday Inn use to be a name you could trust. Not this one.

Area recommendations

It was close to Seaside Park without being in it. Plus it was close to highway to go to Atlantic City. Otherwise, I'd rethink my hotel.

“Ok but not rushing back”

The hotel was, overall, as was expected for the area. Upon arrival I was told that the room I had reserved and paid for in advance was not available. After some argument at the front desk a King room was provided, which questions the truth of the first statements.
