Nice clean boutique hotel. Breakfast good and rooms seem new. Service is also good. However I would suggest for a 5 star hotel to have a coffee machine in the room and a tissue box.
There is nothing to not like about this hotel. The staff were friendly & welcoming, the breakfast was lovely, the room was spacious & comfortable, also spotlessly clean with a great view. It had an old world charm about it too. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
The hotel was very nice looking. Inside the place was very clean, it was a good size bedroom. Everything was comfortable.
The breakfast was expensive £12 each and not a great standard. Coffee was not very nice either.
The evening meal was nice as was the wine.
The staff were good.
My welcome was very cold, no hello or welcome to hotel Ziya etc etc
Just felt like I was causing trouble being there, an inconvenience to them.
No 5 star wow at all.
But when I checked out, guy was nice and helped book me a taxi.
Super stay at this beautiful hotel.. everyone and everything about hotel is excellent from front to back of the house.. facilities,service.. bar .. food is five star .. it’s my third visit and I will be back again
I only wish I could have stayed longer. Excellent service…even chocolates in the room. The sauna/spa was the main reason I booked and it didn’t disappoint after a hike to Bobotov Kuk. Highly recommend.
This is easily one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Basically perfect. Location is perfect for my taste. It is in a quiet location near the Gorica hill. Podgorica is a nice city and Montenegro is just amazing. People are super friendly, helpful and engaging.
A lovely well-kept hotel with friendly helpful staff. Nice touches like very high quality linens. Beautiful buffet breakfast. Touch entry for room. Could not have been better. And great value. I will stay again.
Hotel Ziya was a perfect spot to end our holiday at. We had been all over Montenegro and wanted a place close to the airport and a nice place with great amenities and Ziya provided that. Great service and amenities such as an indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi and by the way, the restaurant had good food as well!
The hotel staff was exceptional. The front desk clerk Dejan was very professional, helpful and attentive. She is an excellent representative of the establishment.
Beautiful little boutique hotel. The lobby is GOTGEOUS. The terrace on the restaurant lovely and the rooms were pretty enough.
The bed was terrible and felt out of place. We slept well due to jet leg, but woke up stiff and could feel every spring.
This is the cutest little hotel that seems to have thought of everything. Only staying one night but wish we were staying longer. Going to breakfast now so can’t comment on that just yet but I bet it’s wonderful.
Room service was fantastic, prompt, and thorough with our order. Front desk staff was apathetic towards us and disingenuous towards our booking and our stay (although we only wanted general help with pool and gym bookings during covid time). Did not feel welcome staying here. Also should be aware they do not allow outside food and yet they charge an ARM and a LEG for their own provided sustenance
Great location for exploring the City. Fabulous Hotel in all respects - high quality, lovely rooms, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, great quality food, and good value, in essence everything one could wish for in an Hotel. If I return to the City (this was a 4 night break) I wouldn't look for an alternative.
The hotel is beautiful! It was a great find. Although getting there was a bit tricky (although it is in the middle of the city), from parking (inside the hotel) to registration and checkout, everything was great. Our shower had a bit of a problem, but the staff was prompt to take notes to fix it. Bear in mind that room service is not available 24 hours a day, so plan accordingly.
I am sure that it would have been great, however Ryanair held us up at check-in for over 30 minutes with poor management and we missed our flight. Got to gate 1 minute late, even though plane took of 40 minutes late. The hotel was "no refund" so that was an extra £450 down the drain. Still it was only our 20th Wedding anniversary so nothing special … we will try again.
Everything about this hotel is great, except the bed, TV, and shower. The mattress and pillows are thin and uncomfortable. The TV requires two remotes and is very complicated. The shower was clean and the soaps wonderful, but the low shower water pressure (likely the water saving shower head) was miserable.
Very nice little hotel, ideally located for visiting Podgorica. Everyone was friendly and pleasant.

Good boutique hotel in a quiet location
A nice boutique hotel, out of the way of pretty much everything, but within walking distance of the old city / central business district / downtown. Staff were very helpful and professional. Hotel is well-furnished and presented. Food was good. Bed was a bit too hard for me but overall the experience was excellent.
Great experience overall--staff was friendly and accommodating, hotel facilities and room were excellent, food was great as well. Overall nothing to complain about!
The Hotel is Boutique and looks like a Villa / Manor , situated in a very quiet street but still very near to City Center. Tastefully decorated and maintained rooms and facilities. Staff are English speaking and courteous. The Hotel's restaurant Ziya is highly recommended and also doubles as the Breakfast room, the Buffet is very rich in variety and fresh.
5 days of great service and friendly staff that makes you feel home even while traveling for business. Vesna M...c is one of the nicest and most helpful concierges Ive ever met
Booked at the last minutes and it turned out to be a great decision. Lovely hotel close to town but set back and peaceful. Room was perfect and atmosphere around the hotel was relaxing. The pool/spa area was super and the meals we had were of a high standard. But most importantly the staff were great.
The hotel staff were brilliant and very helpful. The hotel is cleaned to a very high standard, the breakfast selection was varied and well prepared. Montenegro is still growing in terms of tourism, but this hotel flys its flag high. Thank you. If we ever visit Podgorica again, we'll be staying here.
Very posh boutique hotel, but rooms are very small and lack some basic amenities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is somewhat isolated, but in a close walking distance to city centre
