“"Not bad for be in the middle of nowhere"”
The costumer service, was kind and very friendly. Its not bad, but, they have to improve in their out and in look. The bathroom even look clean, smell funny and some little of pee?. The neighborhood its so cute and beutiful, but very kind. Its rules by very polite people and lots of students. Theres not action at all, very beutiful peaceful. Arounds theres only locals restaurants and few grocery stores. One walmart with very high prices and one BK. Its the perfect place to be out of the world and the beuty of the mountains and rivers.
“Ugh. Moved on...”
Really bad motel. We often stay in lower end motels and rarely have a problem with basic accomodations, etc. when we are on the road. We prepaid for the Plymouth Red Carpet Inn and Suites on Expedia for one night on this trip through New England. Upon driving up to this motel, we became concerned as the facade of the motel was not at all as nice as the pictures indicated. Quite run down in fact. Our room was in an area separate from the main hotel and a bit remote. When we drove up to the section of the hotel where our room was located, we got a very bad feeling from the guests who were "hanging out" in our section. Seemed a bit dangerous and "stimulated", all tattooed up, youngish and behaving in a manner that gave both my wife and I pause. The room was also discouraging (not in itself a deal breaker) so we voted on this motel with our feet, forfeited our prepaid and left for a place where we felt we could sleep. We stayed down the road in Ashland at the Comfort Inn, which for essentially the same price was quite nice. If this is the level of quality that Red Carpet Inn and Suites is comfortable with, I will avoid these motels going forward. Everything that we saw could not have been farther from a "Red Carpet or an "Inn and Suite". Sorry, I do not like to give negative reviews but this one deserves a warning.
“Dated but clean”
This hotel was spotless but the decor was a bit outdated. Decent price when compared with others. We only stayed one nite, so was appropriate for a short stay.

“Einfache aber Gute Basis für Trips in die White Mountains”
Das Hotel habe ich gewählt, weil es recht nahe an den wunderbaren White Mountains liegt, wo man herrlich wandern kann. Als Basis hierfür kann ich es durchaus empfehlen: Die Zimmer sind groß und (relativ) sauber, der Blick im Herbst einfach phantastisch. Allerdings kann man für den (sehr niedrigen) Preis keinerlei Luxus erwarten. So gab es auch ein paar echte Schwachstellen: - Das angebotene "Continental Breakfast" ist praktisch ungenießbar: Extrem pappige Bagels, Creamcheese, der schon sein ein paar Tagen offen im Kühlschrank stand, schlechter Kaffee, verpackte und konservierte Muffins, die genau so schmecken: Nach Verpackung und Konservierungsstoffen. Das alles füllt zwar irgendwie den Magen, aber sorgt nicht für einen guten Start in den Tag. - Die Seifenartikel (Shampoo etc.) sind zwar vorhanden, aber irgendwie sonderbar und wirkungslos. Besser eigene Seife/Shampoo verwenden. Positiv: - Die Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit. - Die Zimmer sind ruhig (zumindest die im hinteren Teil) - Internet (W-LAN) steht kostenlos zur Verfügung. Tip: Das Motel hat neben dem Gebäude vorn an der Straße noch ein zweites Gebäude weiter hinten und unten am Berg. Viel ruhiger und mit tollem Blick. Noch ein Tip: Unten im Ort kann man im "Lucky Dog" gut und zünftig abendessen. Fazit: Für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Aber man sollte sich lieber auf die eigene Seife und das eigene Frühstück verlassen.
