“Wonderful!”
We really enjoyed our stay at the Renaissance Clubsport. We were visiting friends in Walnut Creek, and it's very close to the BART station, easy access to the city and anywhere else you need to go. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was HUGE and had a great shower. The bed was wonderful, we found ourselves missing it on our first night home! Our one regret is that we did not get to use the fitness facilities, but we did check them out and they were great!
“Getting to be a good comfortable hotel..”
The Renaissance Club Sport opened a few years ago... with an attitude.. I was the first 'chic' hotel in the Walnut Creek area. The building and rooms were cool, but the staff thought that they were cooler. On my last visit, (March 2010), the atmosphere has mellowed. The rooms are about the same, but service is better. A few things to nit pick. Valet parking is mandatory, TV's are not flat screen, in room coffee is in the bathroom. The restuarant blatantly charges hotel guests more than club members. But the rooms are clean, the beds and linen are good, access to the health club is great. P.S. If booking with Expedia, expect a view of wall outside your window. That's where they have put me the last few times.
“Very nice stay.”
Extremely nice. People were pleasent, food was good.Even had ipod dock alarm. House cleaning did great job, honest. Valet's Rocked. Never got to use sports club due to my own sched. But it looked real nice. Staff was present. Ya we liked the place and saved money on it with expedia.
“nang nakhonthap”
I like the room, the location and the customer service. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone, because we had such a great time there. Thanks to all your hard work and dedication.
“RELAXING AND WELL-APPOINTE”
I have stayed at this hotel many times and each time discover something new. I had never eaten there before and lunch was delicious (especially like the tempura green beans). The gym and spa are top-notch. They had new treadmill equipment that worked well. The beds are comfortanble and the bathrooms are well-equipped and quaint.
“Loved it!”
We had a great time! My husband and 2 girls ages 5 & 8 couldn't finish all of our activities we wanted to do: swimming, volleyball, racketball, bocce ball and exercise room. Great place to go relax and rejunevate. Very Clean and good service. Would definitely recommend
“OK”
Its ok but not walking distance to any bars, cafes in Walnut Creek. Only bar too crowded, only 5 seats at bar. Great gym but they allow members to valet park. Took over one hour to get my car. Too expensive for value.
