“Hotel is allright”

Pros: - good location - good facilities (internet, tv, etc) - nice rooms Cons: - next to a freeway, so noisy - very negative rules, they should hire a writer to rewrite the rules so people feel more welcome - swimming pool location ( in the center of the parking lot)

“Great price for cozy room.”

We've stayed here several times. Older and small complex but rooms cute with wallpaper and wainscoting. Clean. Nice breakfast. Close to freeway so there's some nois that is like white noise. Great bargain. Area seems safe. Will stay there again.

“clean and basic”

I have stayed here twice and both times have been pleasant. The manager at the front desk is very nice. She waited for me after hours to arrive at my check in. Very personal service.

“Won't go back.”

The room was not worth the price; the lobby/breakfast area is nice, but my room was in poor condition. There were cracks in doors, missing molding, carpets and chair were spotted/stained, and the front door didn't latch properly so the wind buffeted the door and made a slamming sound every few minutes until I put a piece of cardboard in the door-frame. The bedside lighting is poor and if you're a reader, you have to have all the lights on in the room to adequately read. Perhaps other rooms are nicer, but mine wasn't.

“Great place for the business traveller”

“Nice East Bay location”

We enjoyed staying here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and pleasant. The breakfast was great - fresh fruit muffins with real blueberries. Great location. I would definately love to stay here again. The price was right. I loved the free internet.

“Warm and wonderful staff”

Our stay at the Diablo Mountain Inn was everything I hoped and expected it would be. The staff was sooo warm and friendly and the hotel was cozy, inviting, convenient and just what my family needed. I felt like i was at a bed and breakfast and made new friends with both staff and other hotel guests and felt like I was at home. I cannot wait to return to the Diablo Mountain Inn!!

“Very nice if you're on a budget”

As a student I had to go with a lower priced hotel, and I must say I was very happy with my stay here. It is a rather simple motel, but very clean and comfortable (though the bed was a tad springy) It is noisy, but I enjoy road noise so I actually liked the sound. I intend on coming back to the inn again next time I return.
