The staff at this property was very attentive to our needs. In town for a wedding and the staff was so kind and understanding. They went above and beyond! They assisted the driver of the Charter Bus we hired. GREAT STAFF! Thank you all so much!

I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Jourdanton/Pleasanton. Pool is completely drained, no first floor working ice maker, lawn mower on the stairwells, no working elevators. DIRTY bedroom and bathrooms. Had to ask for room switch since first room was covered in hairs and bedding has stains. SKIP this hotel and book anywhere BUT this hotel.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies.Your feedback is very important to us, and I am saddened to hear that your room did not live up to your standards. The hotel is going through extensive renovations. We have priced ourselves accordingly. If there ever is a problem with a room, we grant a room change to resume customer satisfaction. It was storming that day which resulted in a power surge. The elevator was up and running by the next morning at 6am due to a technician. Pool was drained due to the water for the last 2 weeks. It was storming so no one has been interested in the pool. We try extremely hard to correct any wrongs on a daily basis. We constantly strive to give the best level of service that we possibly can.Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent any future occurrences. The property is in a state of renovation has materials and equipment all over the place. This made parking very limited. As a disabled veteran handicap parking was even more limited as they were using handicap parking for material storage. Rooms were clean but housekeeping needs to focus on the showers a little more. Faucet in our room was too short needed a longer spout could barely get my hands under it to wash my hands.

I travel a great deal for work and this is the first property I have ever come across that has no water available. No water in the fitness center, no water fountain; there wasn’t even water as an option at breakfast. The average high temp during my stay was 104 degrees…be better LaQuinta!!! Your customers deserve better for what you charge.
