"Central location, walkable to beach (15-20 mins)"
Hotel is a good 3-star typical Spanish hotel. Pleased with the location with good public transport link (outside the hotel or 2-min walk to the main street), good local facilities (department store, supermarket, pharmacy, cafe). Our room was on the second floor (quiet without any street noise and spacious even with three single beds in one room). Breakfast is not bad at all: with both English and local Spanish selection.

"Nice hotel, close to the beach with helpful staff."
Hotel is small, but clean. Very helpful staff. From the very beginning one of them gave us all the information about nearest sights of interest, markets, and printed out maps and bus schedules. When I asked, they printed out our boarding passes. All rooms are with kitchens. Rooms are bright, beds are separate, but you can move them togeather. Beds are comfortable, furniture is quite good and new. Big TV. You can see ocean from the window. Beach is about 100 meters away. There are a few Food supermarkets in the same 100 meter range and some nice cafes are nearby. Big supermarket with clothes, accessories, shoes shops is about 20 minutes on foot, but you can go there by bus also. Bus stop is 5 minutes walk. Bus stop directions are Main (San Telmo) bus station, Supermarket (Arena) and some others.
small hotel, has everything, rooms clean and comfortable, cleaned everyday, fresh clean towels, new comfy mattresses, staff very helpful, breakfasts as much as you like, drinks every flavour and variety, good variety. Perfect service from whole hotel and will return again
Carol at reception was both considerate and very helpful.
For a price sensitive traveler this Pension is adequate, great location and limited noise. some other residents can be a tad noisy but nothing to complain about.
I would return.
If you're staying in Las Palmas and you're on a budget, stay here! I loved it! A proper Las Palmas apartment block, basic but functional. Free wifi - and have stayed in much more expensive places that charge for it! I paid 20 euros per night for a private double room with it's own bathroom. The absolute find and bargain of my travels round the Canary Islands and I would 100% stay here again. Unusual arrangements - not really a reception as such, and I got a text in Spanish (thank goodness for google translate!) telling me that the key would be inside the room, and what the door code was to get in. Well, all worked fine - phew :) Paid the cleaner cash when I left.
It's all a bit casual, but such amazing value. Street a little noisy outside, but nothing you can't handle. Stay here - it's cool. Save your euros for spending!
Great beach meters away from the hotel. Friendly staff, clean hotel. I'd definitely stay here again. Location to the local shops, cafés, restaurants couldn't be better. Close to the bus terminal, a ten minute walk, we took bus 60 from/to the airport. We took bus one to the old city, Veguetta. Beautiful city, but given the chance to travel to Las Palmas again, I wouldn't waste my time. I rather spend my time at the beach. They have St. Anna Cathedral which you have to pay 3€ to go visit. They also have a tower, which I definitely recommend you go see the view of the city but there is also a fee, but totally worth it!
Christopher Columbus museum is also there but we didn't go visit.
