5/5 Excellent
"One disappointment - The Portofino restaurant. The food looked pre-pared and was unacceprable..."

"Hard Rock Hotel lived up to its reputation, friendly staff, good food, excellent room. Nothing was too much trouble. Arrival was trouble free and the guy, sorry forgot his name, was one of the best I have come across, so friendly and helpful. We where given an upgrade to a suite, thank you. As we where early we parked our bags and grabbed a coffee in the Constant Grind and chilled.
Will certainly be looking to stay in other Hard Rock Hotels on our future trips."

"Had a great stay as a family of three with a 5 years old. Facilities and staff are great and very child friendly. Buffet dinners and lunches varied - some days were excellent, other not so much. Pools are also lovely. The only true inconvenience was an absolute lack of ventilation on the bathroom/toilet. Would certainly return despite of this."

"We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was beautifully decorated, the rooms were large and spacious, and the staff was lovely. We loved the pools and the many options for food and drinks throughout the hotel. It never left us hungry or thirsty! The breakfast buffet also had a great assortment of options that pleased all 5 of our family members each morning. This is a great spot for families!

"5 star but still very family friendly and accommodating. The staff were lovely, especially in kids clubs.
Great facilities and high quality activities for kids . They won't want to leave the complex.
We had a junior suite with lovely sea view and it was large and luxurious with a very much seperate but connected sleeping area for 2 children.
Buffet selection was great, lots of options and high quality.
I would have liked to have fresh water and coffee dispensers at all meals, rather than just breakfast. Also fresh water dispenser through hotel and pool areas... this would have given eco plus points rather than reliance on bottled water.

"The rooftop is only as high as a 5th floor but the views are stunning, of the harbour to the front and mountains to the rear. It was so peaceful up there. Children are not allowed on the rooftop."
