Great hotel and good location. Right next to the big clubs. I was really disappointed by the beds. Very uncomfortable and my back is killing. If you pay for a five star hotel you should get a decent bed.
Relaxed atmosphere, beautiful pool (not heated, though) and rock spa was immaculate and relaxing. Excellent for a beach holiday, but far from town. Was surprised that the pool was not heated for October, so only children went in. The food was just ok, and the staff seemed to be in training because of low season...
Maria of guest services was incredibly helpful, sweet and on top of things. Honestly, she was the reason I am giving this hotel 5 star rating. The front desk staff are awese too! The restaurant staff are a little disappointing, majority of them don't speak or understand English, not attentive and don't smile. What the restaurant staff lack in customer service, the food quality makes up for. There is only one restaurant in this hotel and it is buffet. The rest of the 4 other restaurants are located in the adjacent hotel by taking a bridge. The night entertainment is also located in the older, main hotel. Entertainment was great for the most part, the caliber of the performers is outstanding. I have been spreading the word about this hotel to friends and family like wildfire.
This hotel could be so much better. Good points. 1. All inclusive is actually quite good with nice variety of food, excellent chefs. 2. Drink all you like but the bar closes at 11pm. Should extend until midnight at least. 3. Staff are very nice including security. 4. Right next to beach! 5. Nice swimming pool area with bar.
Bad points. 1. Hotel is seriously noisy! 2. Walls in hotel are PAPER THIN. You can hear everything and I mean EVERYTHING. 3. No reliable internet connection. Every hotel should include this free of charge as it is no longer a luxury but essential for the younger generation to keep in touch. 4. Televisions need upgrading in rooms.
If you are new to Ibiza and want a place close to everywhere then this is the place. If you want quiet then avoid here at all costs. I would definitely stay here again though.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, but obviously you get what you pay for. Corridor and lobby are quite hot, but rooms have air conditioning, so it's alright. Full of people who are up for partying, so you run the risk of maybe being next door to someone loud, so wouldn't stay here if you are on a chilled holiday.
Was a great location for the clubs we wanted to go to. Near enough to walk to Ushuaia and sankeys and a short cab to amnesia and DC10.
Walking distance from bora bora, which is heaving on a Sunday and great fun all week.
Aircon takes a while to kick in but once it does it stays at a good temperature and is not too cold for sleeping.
Only big downside was continually cold showers in the evening. Not sure if the hot water runs out at busy times but it was not an enjoyable shower.

Was apprehensive about my booking as I had read a lot of reviews and didn't know what to expect. Jabeque exceeded my expectations and I would happily recommend it to a friend. Beautiful location and a delightful walk into Ibiza Town. Reception staff were very helpful and I wish I could remember all their names to mention them individually but they were all charming. The bedding and pillows were not 3 star but the mattresses were clean and firm, which was ideal for me. Clean towels daily and immaculate bathroom was a huge plus. All the public areas were thoroughly cleaned every day. Wifi seems to make or break a stay somewhere and sadly only freely available in the foyer and landings, not in our room. When in demand it was a bit thin even in these areas. Discovered excellent wifi at Prince Cafe at the end of the road by the start of the promenade to Ibiza Town. There is an excellent Eroski City supermarket 200 metres away. Beware car parking very difficult, Ibiza in April is delightful and quiet so we were able to find a space every evening.
