Excellently situated hotel .
It wasn't very hot as it was only early April .
The resort was quiet and virtually on shutdown evenings.
Unfortunately the buffet food was cold under the warmers . The only food that was warm was the cook to order food however there was a good variation of food.
Jacuzzis / therapy pools were v cold and they are supposed to be heated .
Out and about -Predominantly Germans as well as bars and restaraunts- would have been nice to be a bit more of a Majorcan atmosphere . .

My friend and I had a lovely stay here. The weather wasn't great (rain and hail!) but we had a good time nevertheless. The staff were very attentive and pleasant and, unlike most Spanish speakers I have encountered, they actually seemed pleased that we spoke Spanish! It was great having somebody actually appreciate you knowing their language not just assuming you know nothing because you're English! The breakfast was by far my favourite thing about the hotel - so much choice! Rooms were nice and the bed was comfy. Decor was lovely through out. Would stay again!
Very well situated across the road from the beach. Nice food nice selection. Good gor a 2 or 3 night break. Only draw back was there is building work directly opposite the hotel which we knew nothing about and it is very noisy.

This hotel was exceptionally clean, excellent food and friendly helpful staff. There were three evenings during the week when a themed food choice was available in addition to the wide range of other foods. All diets could be catered for. There was entertainment available on most evenings. It was about 15minutes walk from the sea front. That was an advantage, because it was quiet at night. Most of its guests were from Germany, but it catered well for English speaking guests. It catered well for guests with disabilities. this included lifts that would accommodate wheelchairs and mobility aids, space in the restaurant for wheelchairs to be moved around. Sloping entrance to the hotel lobby and sloping entrance to the garden. there as a Stannah lift to aid access to the garden and poolside area. There was even a slope for access to the swimming pool. Outside the hotel was a bus stop giving inexpensive access to the centre of Palma, the Palma Aquarium, and other transport links within Palma. Car hire can be arranged at reception and the car hire company will pick you up and drop you back to the hotel. At the time of our stay it was used by mostly adults.

My experience with the hotel was very positive. The staff was nice and very helpful in helping to get information on excursions. I had full board and the meals were pretty nice. It could use more variety, but it was nice. The room was clean except for the floor. It was noticeably dirty viewing it from an angle.

Loved it!. Very chilled out, relaxing holiday in beautiful weather. Nearly all germans (in hotel and resort), we didn't mind this as knew beforehand, but would put some people off. Read that Arenal market is on Tuesday but actually is on a Thursday. It's a bus ride away. Went to Palma market on Saturday instead. Disappointing as no longer Majorcan goods and crafts on sale but Africans selling African goods. Stalls all selling the same things, ie handbags the same, jewellery the same.
