Loved it!. Very chilled out, relaxing holiday in beautiful weather. Nearly all germans (in hotel and resort), we didn't mind this as knew beforehand, but would put some people off. Read that Arenal market is on Tuesday but actually is on a Thursday. It's a bus ride away. Went to Palma market on Saturday instead. Disappointing as no longer Majorcan goods and crafts on sale but Africans selling African goods. Stalls all selling the same things, ie handbags the same, jewellery the same.

Great location. The Hotel isn't five star but newly renovated with beautiful views. Clean, safe and great staff. Upgrade to an ocean view as it is spectacular. If you cant get ocean view dont worry, the partial Ocean view on the pool side is great as well.
From the moment we entered this hotel we new it was special,All the staff were very helpfull,The rooms were spotless and the food was to die for.Close to everything you needed we even hired bikes from the hotel 5 euros and cycled to Palma on the cycling track which runs outside the hotel with breathtaking views along the way.Great night entertainment and real value for money with the drinks.Everyone we spoke to at the hotel said they would return.Booking our next trip here as soon as possible.
Excellently situated hotel .
It wasn't very hot as it was only early April .
The resort was quiet and virtually on shutdown evenings.
Unfortunately the buffet food was cold under the warmers . The only food that was warm was the cook to order food however there was a good variation of food.
Jacuzzis / therapy pools were v cold and they are supposed to be heated .
Out and about -Predominantly Germans as well as bars and restaraunts- would have been nice to be a bit more of a Majorcan atmosphere . .

My husband and I have just returned from a brief 3 night stay at the Caballero Hotel. We were pleased with every aspect of the hotel (and that says A LOT as I'm extremely picky!). From the minute we checked in, we were made to feel welcomed by the Reception Staff and that same politeness and eagerness to ensure we were comfortable was felt from everyone working at the hotel (the Bar Staff, the Restaurant Staff, The Pool Staff, the Spa Staff and the Chambermaids). The building itself looks a little dated from the outside but the inside is GORGEOUS! The recent renovations have be superbly done and the attention to detail is amazing. Our room was great and was cleaned to a very high standard every day. The restaurant had the most incredible Breakfast Buffet - we'd never seen anything like it! Everything was delicious and fresh. We were out and about for lunch and dinner so I can't comment on those but if they were anything like breakfast then they certainly won't disappoint. The outdoor pool area is lovely, with plenty of loungers for everyone and the bar is great. **I loved the music they played by the pool, lots of fabulous old skool tunes - my husband and I were singing (albeit quietly!) the whole time!** The indoor pool and facilities were great, we never used it as the weather was so lovely but we had a nose around and everything was pristine.
Yes, I would recommend this hotel and yes I would return!
Mini break. Could not have chosen a more ideal hotel and location. Short transfer time from airport, friendly and accommodating staff, pleasant room (requested sea view, which was limited, nevertheless satisfactory). Room had balcony with table and two chairs, which was delightful to take in evening breeze. Short stroll to beach and restaurant strip. Hotel pool. Spa facilities available. Excellent choice of good for breakfast and dinner. Lunch provided by bar, which consisted of simple meals/ snacks.

A playground for family holidaymakers, this white-sand beach stretches for over five kilometres along the eastern side of the Bay of Palma and is dotted with high-rise blocks and purpose-built resorts. By day, the bay is busy with water sports, and Aquacity water park is very popular. By night, the pubs, bars and clubs are fun and lively; the trendy beach bars of Cala Estancia attract young locals from Palma.
