We rarely return to the same hotel but in the Marina Luz we made an exception. We stayed for 7 nights last week and requested a sea front room and weren't disappointed, the view is spectacular. The choices at the buffet breakfast are vast and varied. The staff work well into the early hours, certainly in the hotel bar, then we saw the same staff again at breakfast. There isn't the usual clamour for sunbeds and we only saw them all being used once. One can pay for drinks/snacks etc via credit card which will get charged to your room, or cash, so plenty of flexibility. The Reception staff are always willing to help and will phone a taxi for you. There are plenty of bars and restaurants a short walk from the hotel, and the area where the hotel is situated is very quiet on an evening.
The transfer to/from the airport is only 5 minutes, which is great. There is aeroplane noise, but that really doesn't spoil your holiday. We walked on two of our days to Arenal, 2 hours down the coast. It is a very pleasant, flat walk, along the beach front. There are plenty of bars along the way. We will likely be back next year!
Was a very nice stay at the Cosmopolitan. Staff were friendly, although didn't know much about the excursions they had on their leaflets stand but they were happy to call and find out.
Food was very good for a buffet and changed every night so didn't get boring.
Room was clean, although a bit smaller than expected but this wasn't a problem. Airconditioning could have been a bit stronger though! We had it on the coldest setting but you find yourself getting warm after a while.
Pool area is nice but we spent most the time at the lovely beach about 7 minute walk away. Sea water nice and clear and lovely to swim in, stays shallow for a while so good for kids too.
Overall this hotel is great for a great value and in a good location. It is also a relaxing hotel for families and couples, not as noisy as some of the other hotels. Next to the beach promenade which has lots of shops and restaurants.

A lovely hotel where the staff take the time to make your stay as memorable as possible. It was my birthday and my wife had set out my cards; when we came back from our day out, there was a beautiful fruit basket and a bottle of cava! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we had two weeks of relaxation.

Very well situated across the road from the beach. Nice food nice selection. Good gor a 2 or 3 night break. Only draw back was there is building work directly opposite the hotel which we knew nothing about and it is very noisy.

We just returned from Majorca. All about a hotel HM Balanguera Beach is excellent. The hotel is just few minutes away from sandy beach, 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the capital - Palma which is must see.
The hotel staff is very kind, especially Szymon from the reception was great, so helpful and lovely to chat to. The rooms are fab, clean and tidy. Everything looks even better then on the photos.
The food at the hotel is phenomenal and the choice is wide. The meal plan is an excellent choice. Breakfast are repetitive but really tasty and every night there is different and delicious buffet dinner. You can't leave the restaurant hungry!
The decor is modern and view from attic is amazing. All praise and highly recommend.
