Brilliant location, top quality hotel, friendly staff, though not many spoke much English, hotel very popular with German guests but they were also very friendly. Excellent restaurant with lots of choice. Only slight quibble was the cold buffet offered when we arrived at 9.00 p.m by which time the restaurant had closed. Would definitely go there again.
hotel not fantastic from outside but once inside bit shabby but comfortable and very clean. Could be very noisy at night but bar at hotel closed round midnight but quite a bit of noise from outside. While we were there only one other english fasmily and this could be seen in the meals tended to be catered for the german, dutch and french. Overall we had a good time and would probably go back.

Just home from 5 wonderful days at Royal Cupido.. Amazing location, fantastic room, unbelievable food!! Wonderful staff and all round great hotel and holiday destination.. Only negative is you have to pay for wifi and safe in room, minor negatives.. Can't wait to go back, hopefully later this year!!

"Very good hotel, close to beach and other faciliti"
We chose this hotel for our group of 4 adults as we are fair weather cyclists! Our bikes were hired from 'Cyclos Quintana' which was close by. There was a secure place on the 6th floor in which to store the bikes - an added bonus, rather than returning to the shop each day. The whole hotel was quiet, even though on a side street front. Everywhere in the hotel was spotlessly clean and tidy. It's a light, airy building with two 4 person lifts. The receptionists were efficient and friendly as were Pedro and his staff who were also entertaining as restaurant staff. There was a plentiful and wide range of food for breakfast and dinner. We were half-board so I cannot comment on lunch but I expect that was good too.

Would appeal to those travelling on a tight budget as the hotel really isn't anything to get excited about. Food was hot and plentiful also bland and of a low quality. Rooms basic but cleaned efficiently everyday, little in the way of views but this is offset by the close proximity of the beach. Reception staff ok but bar staff and catering staff rude, surly and in the main devoid of any customer service training. If you are not German or one of the predominantly French clientele you might be used to a little more in the way of good manners and so this hotel is not for you.

Arrived in a hire car, pretty difficult to park - you need to find a space in the surrounding streets (anywhere apart from on coloured or zig zag lines). Not too bad if you keep looking though! 10 minutes from the airport. Greeted by staff on arrival, very friendly and multilingual. Room was basic with no TV but clean enough with a balcony and hot shower. Breakfast was adequate (a croissant and a couple of rolls with ham or cheese. Tea or coffee also) for the price. Bar prices are very good and there is a nice terrace to sit and relax with your drink. Ca'n Pastilla itself is a friendly compact town with plenty of bars and restaurants for all tastes. The beaches are fine too. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a good base for exploring the island or anyone wanting budget accommodation.
