My daughter and I felt that anything we could have asked for was provided - nothing rowdy or ill mannered. The staff were always smiling and willing to help in every way. Dining was an utter pleasure with lots of choice for my vegetarian diet. Spacious room and bathroom facilities with private balcony We were especially delighted with the range of 'keep fit classes' run by Sara, an extremely friendly and well qualified instructor.
We both had a wonderful, relaxing break and can't wait to return. Hopefully next year.

Good points: The staff in both the reception and restaurant are really friendly and helpful and can't do enough for you.
The rooms are spacious and decorated in an acceptable manner.
The space on the veranda is brilliant and I loved the outdoor shower. Really great for children full off sand.
all 3 pools are brilliant but our favourite was the North Pool.
Loved the outdoor space next to the children's play area.
Bad Points: There is a good mix of nationalities using these apartments. I'm not sure if it was just me but it seemed because of the language difference it meant that everyone lost their manners and their ability to say thank you in any language can be understood just by the mannerisms i'ts presented. It wasn't even the children at fault but more so the parents. It really did spoil my holiday. Manners, courteousy and just a little compassion go a long way but it seemed to me that there was a lot of miserable people even though they were on holiday.
The hotel has a strict rule about reserving sun loungers around the pool yet it didn't seem to stop anyone doing it day after day. Some people I would put them on at 8am and not come to use them until after midday. So although the Hotel had this rule they never enforced it! A pointless rule if its not going to be enforced and it seems most are too afraid to remove the towels themselves for fear of an aggressive reaction from their owners. Why do we put up with this and why do people think they have the right?
