From the moment we arrived we were greeted courteously outside and our luggage was removed and taken straight to our room while we were escorted to reception which was designed in a way that details were taken and given with some degree of privacy. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne during the process. We had a suite which was very comfortable and clean although the view was dissapointing.

Large, clean hotel with very friendly staff and great faculties. Easy parking. Excellent food and large pool area. A short walk from the best beach in the resort. A little disappointed that this hotel offers an upgrade to 'deluxe' status which includes a better and separate poolside area, don't like this policy of segregation of guests within the same hotel. There is a bar and restaurant complex about 5 mins walk from the hotel along the coastal path but this can be v quiet outside of the main summer months - I was there mid-May and it was ok during the afternoon for lunches etc., dead in the early evening and picked up only a little as the evening wore on, some bars didn't bother opening. So for any good eating and nightlife out of the hotel you may well have to travel further into the resort centre a further 5/10 mins walk away - maybe too far to walk back to the hotel.
Very nice relaxing stay. Comfortable beds in the apartment. Cocktails are good, we stayed on an all inclusive basis. Great value for money. Good choice on food even though I am very fussy. Sun loungers very nice and comfy. Throughout the complex and the apartment the hotel is clean and tidy. Negatives: Not enough going on on the evening, bar area too small for the amount of guests nowhere to sit and relax. Would I come back ? Possibly
Great location. Great pool area. Rooms large and I paid for a sea/pool view. Seperate bedroom and living room with kitchen arew. Lovely bathroom. We had the hotel breakfasts. You could have either continental or cooked (or both). Cooked was freshly done in front of you. Really good. Staff were really good and helpful.although it says limited maid service, our room was cleaned every day and towels changed. Towels thinner than normal but they rest dried well, unlike some of the softer ones! Pool loungers were luxurious round or rectangular with head cushions. Nice jacuzzi. Pool bar food was really good. Drink prices were normal prices unlike most other hotels! Sangria by the litre or by large glass was lovely.
Reception area is modern and I want my house like that! Light up planters in the well kept grounds were a nice touch. Plenty of games on offer from darts to boules to tennis.
Reception excellent and organised bike hire and airport taxi for us. Very efficient.
we have stayed at 5 star before in the area but will be coming here again next time!
We have just returned from a lovely 10 days at H10 Princess and really enjoyed our stay.
We had a family room which was a good size, well presented and nice and clean. I'm glad we paid extra for the space. Travel cot and sheets were in good condition.
Staff were always really friendly esp in the restaurant. The food varied daily and there was always a good selection.
My only down side, which is personal, is that dinner didn't start until 6.30pm which is very late for our 2yr old after a busy day of playing. Would be great if there was a high tea for children.
Overall though I would definitely recommend this hotel to families with children.
Fabulous holiday, entertainment team exceptional, always something going on if you wanted to participate whilst no pressure to do so. Excellent location, beach 2 mins walk and town 10 mins. All inclusive recommended

This resort has a great location. The apartments are 5 minutes walk from the beach, directly across the street from a great supermarket and minutes from a huge selection of fantastic restaurants.
The apartment we stayed in was clean and tidy although the decor is a little dated.
The pool and bar are great with friendly staff. The shop has a great selection of groceries and souvenirs. We didn't eat in the restaurant but did eat at the Tuesday barbecue. Loads of good food that was well cooked. And only 10 euros a head.
The original port and fishing village maintain an agreeable low-key buzz with good bars and restaurants, but it is the beaches that make Playa Blanca famous. West of the centre, on past the new and expanding fashionable Marina Rubicón, and a clutch of luxury hotels, lie the island’s finest golden white coves, known collectively as the Papagayo beaches. Three small cafes are the only development in this protected area.
