“The customer's satisfaction comes first...”

Everything was fine...Just a little personal thing, the water in the poolwas a little bit too cold but...

“Great for College Visits”

This was the second time we've stayed at the hotel while doing visits to SUNY Plattsburgh. It is right down the street from the campus which is super convenient. The breakfast is a great bonus, and the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pizza Uno is right next door too, in fact the buzzers work in your room so you don't have to wait in the restaurant for your table!

“GREAT LOCATION”

We stayed here with our two kids...very clean,nice part of town...close to everything.The only thing I can really say negative about this hotel...is that for the continental free breakfast in the morning...there is not enough places for people to sit...and its hard when they have waffles and such to eat standing up...The pool was clean, the rooms were very nice and comfortable...the staff were very friendly even the housekeeping.I would absolutely stay at this hotel again:)

“Very high standards”

Excellent - we didn't know what to expect, the welcome was excellent, the information was good, the room superb. A good location for Platssburgh and that part of the Champlain coast. Slight areas for improvement: breakfast, nice but basic and the guest laundry facilities were heavily used, they need more

“Nice sleepvover before a flight”

The hotel location is great if you need to catch a flight early in the morning at Plattsburgh Intl. airport. A little bit pricy. Breakfast is included but beware it may not work if you have to leave before 6:30am (time that the breakfast opens). Unfortunately, breakfasts on the go aren’t available on the weekend. I would recommend this hotel for its location (far enough from the highway), cleanliness and courtesy of the staff.
