The hotel was situated close to the Montreal Jazz Festival and right across the street from the park. I asked for a quiet room, which the staff were able to comply and provide a room away from the main street (rue Rachel). The room was a good size, comfortable and very clean. The staff were very helpful, even apologetic about the confusing parking rules on the side streets. Breakfast was included, and it was very satisfying.

I stayed at this hotel so that I could write exams on the following day and it met my expectations. The hallways and staircases are a bit underwhelming but the room itself was what I was looking for. The bathroom was nice, the bed was comfortable, the TV was decent and the room seemed fairly spacious. Also, the hotel itself was fairly quiet, which was nice.
My boy friend and I, stayed at this hotel for one night. It is conveniently located near many restaurants and close to the metro. We were able to park our car in front of the bed and breakfast on the street at no extra cost. When we returned to check in later that day, to our surprise, we were given the largest room! It was very spacious and very well kept. The shared bathrooms were also spot less. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, the staff is friendly and we were provided with a delicious breakfast the following morning.
Great job to Ephraim & Yves! :)
The room was not very big. The ceilings are high tough so I guess that's where the volume of it is. Also, the room I had was probably the smallest as I only had myself. The bed was very comfortable. The building is old so there are cracks here and there in the walls but it gives it character. The lady was very friendly and was there when you needed her for anything. She even helped me out with directions around the city to the places I needed to go to and was very assisting that way. It is not a 5 star hotel but I would rate it 5 stars for what it is to my expectations of it.
