“Satisfying Vsiit”

The room was very nice and clean. The continental breakfast was very good, even had sliced grapefruit. The pool was also nice, larger than other hotel pools we've visited. The only problem we had was with the automated check-in. It took a really long time. The actual people we dealt with were very nice, and if I'd realized they were an option, we would have started with them.

Area recommendations

Robinson, where the hotel is located is a major shopping hub for those visiting the Pittsburgh area. We also went to hear the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra at Heinz Hall. They were great and the building is beautiful and history rich.

“Perfect for Business Travel!”

The best room service ever - friendly, personalized service and no service charge! The room service offered suggestions like flavouring in my cappuccino at no extra charge. Food was hot and delicious! Layout of the room is extremely functional, best updated room with all the latest technology. Highly recommend.

“Misleading and rude!”

First of all, this is NOT the airport hotel, it is miles away. When going to the Hyatt at the airport we were greeted with very rude service and a woman not willing to even help to try and get a room at her location. Once we arrived at the "non-airport" "airport" hotel, we checked in and notifed them our luggage was lost and would be arriving and to call asap when it arrived. They never called! The next morning when checking out I asked them to call when it finally arrived and was only then informed it has been there for hours! The service and care are severely lacking! Also, the breakfast was stale and minimal. Would not recommend this Hyatt or the one that is actually at the airport! Pitiful!

“Pittsburgh best kept secret”

We love this hotel. Since our family has all gone from Pittsburgh this hotel has become our home while in Pittsburgh. Location is great. Near the airport & other areas of town. Staff is great. So quiet....you will think you are the only ones there. We never stay anywhere else. Love it

Downtown area to see the sites. Being from the south.....we always go to Eat & Park to eat.....I love the food there....especailly gravy on the french fries a real treat for a southern gal.
