“very very good hotel the people that work there are great”

This the 3rd time i have stayed at this hotell it is very close to everything i want to do as i have friends who live in McKeesport and White oak. The staff at this hotel is always eager to help you in any way they can.I am planning to stay there again next year

“Look elsewhere unless you smoke”

Hallways, elevator and room reeked of smoke. Room had no smoking sign inside but bedding, including pillows smelled of smoke. This place is "tired" looking. Old TVs, appliances. Mold in shower. Closet consists of cheap wire shelves tacked to the wall in the corner. Of the room. No dresser. No drawers except in end tables. They charge extra for Internet access.

“Wonderful staff, poor location”

Having grown up in West Mifflin, I guess I was completely shocked by how after being away for the past 10 years how bad the community looks. Dont get me wrong, I never felt unsafe or there wasnt enough to see or do, it's just that the whole area looks and feels very old now. The hotel was fine. The staff was super with me and my family. Extremely helpful and caring. Linda was extremely helpful when I had a mishap with my in-room iron. The room was a bit smaller than I expected, and the beds played hell with my back. They were very soft and not very supportive. I had me and my wife and 2-children, and it felt as though we were constantly tripping over each other. We will travel back to Pittsburgh area again, but we will look for a better location.

“Perfect Stay”

Traveled to visit family and found this to be a convenient place with great accommodations. Will stay there on my next visit. the staff was friendly, the place was clean and nice. Book it!

“Convenient, comfortable, clean & worth the cost”

The hotel was convenient (for our trip activities), comfortable (especially the king bed), clean, and definitely worth the cost/price. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room as well as the building and grounds were well kept. I will stay here again when returning to this area.

“Good location for my purpose”

This hotel was convenient because I was visiting friends in the area. It's very near to a mall and quite a few restaurants. You do need a car to get around though. I will probably stay there the next time I'm visiting. I had not problems.
