“Great service!”

This is my second time going back to this hotel! I will pick this hotel everytime I come to this location! And also suggest it to others! The customer Service is very friendly; all the way from checking in at the desk to leaving to get your car! Awesome service double tree hotel!! I love how there is a shuttle that will take you to the strip district and to get a taxi back!! Helps out a lot

“Great Location to get to Heinz Field”

“Wonderful”

Easy check-in and check out process. Room was clean and suprisingly large for the price. Bed was amazing. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious and quick. Would recommend.

“Excellent Stay”

Was here on a business trip & overall had a very good stay. Very convenient to the convention center. I encountered a few mechanical problems in the room & can't say I can remember a more responsive hotel staff for getting a fix in. Staff were terrific - very helpful, not annoying! Having a 7-11 on the ground floor was a little weird, but proved to be much more convenient & useful than I expected

“Very Impressed”

Hotel was beautiful, the suites very comfortable, and the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. We found the food in the Grille and by room service to be very good. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. Could not have had a better stay.

This hotel was great for us because it was within walking distance of the Consol Arena where our convention was.

Rooms (particularly the bath and vanity areas) are small and need updated. Hotel staff is efficient and accommodating.
