Clean rooms, comfortable beds, convenient self-pay washer and dryer, and great-tasting,fresh waffles at breakfast. Would have given 5 stars, but two of three lightbulbs were out in the bathroom and we couldn’t hookup our PlayStation because of the way the TV is attached to the wall. A great place to stay.

Most noisy hotel we have ever stayed at. Shower noise from rooms on either side sounded like it was coming from ours. There was mold on curtains, paint chipping in room, elevator walls dirty. One plus, was the staff was super helpful and friendly.

Our room was very clean, beds are comfortable. The pool, which I called ahead to ask if it was heated, was very cold for this season. Unbearable, couldn't even get in past my ankles. Way too cold. The pool was rhe reason for rhe check in, the attendant was not honest in my phone call.

This property - the facility itself - really needs some work. Our first room had a door to an adjoining room that wouldn’t lock or even stay shut so our things weren’t secure. We moved rooms (thank goodness, because we noticed a gross-looking stain on the carpet on our way out) and the bathroom door in THAT room wouldn’t latch. There were also a lot of other shoddy things in disrepair. Near the nightstand there was a hole in the wall with some kind of extension cord coming through (where it went we have no idea). One of the lights next to the bed (mounted on the wall) looked like it was going to fall down if anyone touched it too hard. And, finally, the room just smelled bad. Especially when we first went in and turned the heater on. It was so bad I bought a diffuser to put on the dresser during our stay! Do not recommend. There’s tons of other hotels in the area.

we arrived late and the person on the desk went above on checking us in to hotel, got us a snack and juice since we didn't get to eat between flights. Also, when I called for transportation from the airport the same desk person was courteous, and we didn't have to wait long for tranport to hotel.

We use to use this hotel a few years back anytime we were in the area. It has since become a little older and things are not kept up. The curtains in the room were not that clean. Rust spot on the top of curtain where the pull rod is attached. Curtain did not close all the way. Door had a lot of light coming through the hallway so room was not dark. If the light comes through sound will also travel more. Safety would be another concern with door.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay a fee because I booked online before getting here. It didn’t say that anywhere and I have never had this happen before, just weird. Overall, everyone is friendly, and stay was nice.
