“Can't Wait to go Back!!!!”

We were in town to watch the Steelers/Bengals Dec. 4...First time traveling to Pittsburgh. From the moment we stepped in the door, we had a great time. CHeck in was easy and FAST..our room was clean,,comfortable beds..pillows were small and little awkward to sleep on..but had good nights sleep both nights. The FREE Shuttle service was so convinient, we used it to get around to different areas of the city. Game day, shuttle dropped us off downtown, just across the river from Heinz field. SHort scenic walk and we were Tailgating at Heinz Field. After the game, only waited 10 minutes for shuttle to pick us up. ALL the staff we had contact with at the Best Western, were friendly , patient and helpful with all our questions...CHad on the front desk,,,John our bartender during the FREE "cocktail meet and greet" ( 2 free drinks /per person /per room) and the different shuttle drivers..Helpful..and very funny. We plan on going back for another Steelers Game,.and WILL be staying at the Best Western..."HERE WE GO STEEELERS!!!

Downtown Core...SO MUCH TO SEE AND DO...And youi HAVE to check out Primanti Bros. Sandwich ...BEST Sanwiches in the WORLD!!!

“I've already recommended this hotel to my family.”

The staff was unfailingly cheerful and helpful--from the cleaning staff to staff at the front desk. I also greatly appreciated the free shuttle service from Heinz Hall to a restaurant close to the hotel, as well as the service from the hotel to the Greyhound bus station the day I left. Needing a walker to get around, this service was very important to me. I'd like to especially compliment Merton, who drove the shuttle.

“Very good hospitality”

Staff are very courteous and considerate. Hotel is nice. Facilities are good. We are vey happy with our stay in that hotel.

“Close to downtown....”

Easy access from the highway and extremely close to the city. Friendly service and overall enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

“WILL STAY AGAIN”
