“Ok”

This hotel was ok but definitely not a four star. It would have been twenty years ago but definitely needs an upgrade as everything is a bit worn. Air conditioning in room was useless so far too hot. Breakfast was ok but not much choice. A nice pool outside to relax in. There were definitely better hotels in the area but I can't really complain for the price I paid, it was very cheap compared to others.

Traveller's tip

A group of us went to a bar for a drink, outside venue with a live singer. When we paid they said it was ten euros per drink as there was live entertainment, they did not mention this when ordering. What a joke, we even had to pay ten euros for a tiny bottle of lemonade. Avoid this bar if there is live music on!!

“Das Hotel liegt zentrumsnah.”

Angenehm gräumige Zimmer. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als Privatreisender ist das Abendessen nicht sehr zu empfehlen, da man zusammen mit Reisegruppen den Speisesaal teilt, die Qualität eher mittel ist und ein erhöhter Lärmpegel vorhanden ist.

camera arredata in modo antiquato e con mobili di scarsa qualità; pulizia non ottima, colazione abbastanza soddisfacente ma non ci tornerei.

“Bonne étape toscane”

très satisfaisant, bon accueil, piscine agréable. Les demande faites via expédia (vue) ont été prises en compte. Cependant parking difficile (allée de l'hotel), les draps n'ont été changés qu'une fois pour un séjour de 10 jours (insuffisant par 34 degrés), les bouteilles d'eau fournies dans la chambre ont été facturées (cher) alors que ce n'était pas affiché et donc que nous pensions que ça faisait partie du service. Penser à demander!

Traveller's tip

très bien situé pour une visite de la Toscane (50km de Florence et Pise, 100 de Sienne). Ville mignone mais un peu tristounette (activité thermale plutôt chère...). Montecatini Alto très sympa.
