"Nice hotel, pool and 3 hot tubs, great for
We arrived early, room was ready, upgraded for small fee to ocean view.
Spent the days at pool and beach. Had dinner at nearby Spyglass Inn.
Pismo Beach has beautiful ocean views and magnificent sunsets,
Booked this hotel because we were unable to find a hotel in San Luis Obispo for son's CalPoly commencement. This turned out to be good luck as the Inn at the Cove is a great hotel in a nice location with beautiful views from all the rooms. Good facilities, inclusive breakfast is quite good, and the pool is lovely. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the SLO/Pismo area.
We paid a lot of money for a mediocre room. Granted, it was Fourth of July weekend and all rooms were booked, so we were happy to have even FOUND anything near or on the beach. The property has very close beach access and the pool overlooks the coast. However the room we stayed in was all the way on the other side and was on the street. We had a first floor room which made it very noisy from morning foot traffic walking to the cinnamon roll shop. There was also construction going on across the street. There were five of us in two queen beds, so we requested a rollaway for my son. He doesn't complain about anything, but he mentioned that he could feel the springs in his back. I also found a crushed spider against the wall when I moved the table to accommodate the rollaway. Funny, because I had read other reviews that mentioned spiders. We never tried their breakfast (we opted for cinnamon rolls too) but heard it was basic coffee and muffins.
Wonderful apartment withe every facility you could possibly wish for.
Excellent cooker, dishwasher, washer/ dryer, microwave and well equipped kitchen.
We enjoyed self catering here and sitting in front of the flame effect fire.
The pool, hot tub and barbecue area are all great and we had views over the sea from our spacious balcony.
All staff very friendly and welcoming .
