The hotel is located on a rather busy street during the day, but is usually quiet at night. In order to reduce the noise coming from the room, we always advise our guests to lower the window shutters, also our rooms are soundproofed to Italian standards.We hope to see you again in the future.

We appreciate the rating you gave us but we don't agree with what you write: our hotel has a parking available for reservation at the price of 15,00 and you know this because you parked your car in it after your car window was broken by thiefs. You found a little "coccinella" (italian name for this bug) in your bed because we had left the window open when the housekeeprs cleaned the room and it flied in. We are sorry about what happened to you in Pisa but we believe your review is a bit harsh towards us.
