“Great Hotel”
Its easy to get to, close to the main square in a really nice street with plenty of great places to eat/get a drink nearby. The rooms are good value, comfortable and clean and the receptionists are very friendly and helpful.
“Great location”
Hotel is just at the start of the main shopping area so ideal for central Pisa and just a short walk from the Tower. Staff very helpful and the buffet breakfast was great. Room a bit small but had everything you need, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning did work but a bit on the old side. Great value for money and would recommend to a friend.
“Good Location”
We stayed at this hotel twice in 12 days, firstly on our arrival in Pisa and then again after our week in Chianti. The location is great, only a very short walk to the Duomo and Tower and surrounded by ice cream palours and restaurants. The room we had was small but comfortable with safety box although the shower needs a bit of work, due to the over large shower head which causes shower tray overflow as the drain can't cope with the volumne of water. The breakfast is basic but fresh and plentiful, however you only get 1 cup of coffee included, if you want more you have to pay. Staff are very helpful and friendly and most speak a little English. Free WiFi is an excellent extra. Would definitely return to this charming little hotel.
“Too pretty to be believed”
A charming little hotel. Too pretty for words (and I don't usually go for "pretty", but this is like Laura Ashley without the puke factor). Tiny rooms, but adequate, beautiful newly done bathroom (very tasteful use of marble--as only the Italians can do). Great location. Right on the border between the tourist sites and where the locals hang out (and a very, very short walk to either).
“Minutes from Tower”
Great little hotel just minutes from the Duomo and Leaning Tower. Service was great and room comfortable and clean. Only negative is that noise is a problem. Floors are wood or marble and sound carries tremendously. If you bring ear plugs you'll be fine.
“OK, but there must be better options”
The good: clean; rooms were sufficient (though small); convenient to the duomo and tower; the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating; breakfast was adequate; had everything we needed--warm shower, safe, internet, decent bed. The not so good: staff was available for very limited hours; rooms (we had three) were hot and stuffy (the only ventilation being windows which housekeeping would close during the day while we were away); extremely noisy street with constant partying going on (so sleeping with windows open was impossible); longer walk (25 minutes) to the train station than expected. It's a decent hotel, but we wouldn't stay here again because of the noise, the heat, and the staffing.
“5* hotel with charm and character!!”
Staff were very warm and welcoming. Great customer service from the reception, room clean and nicely decorated, hotel has a lot of charm and character. Good variety of food at breakfast and the breakfast room was charming. In a backstreet which was a little deserted at night time, but only 5 minutes walk to the leaning tower. Unfortunately surrounding area was not very busy this time of year.
“Basic hotel in excellent location”
This is a basic bed and breakfast hotel. Our room very small, other rooms were bigger. Breakfast on first day at sister hotel a 5 min walk away and was excellent. Sadly no so for the other two days we were there, very poor, no hot food and very little selection, no fresh fruit. We were told they had a problem so why not allow us to go to the sister hotel ? The location however was excellent only 5 mins from the tower and cathedral and shops.
“Good stay for the price”
We chose this hotel based on price and location. The location was great, right near the pedestrian walk way and the tower. The staff at the hotel was only so-so, that degraded our stay quite a bit. Unsure if it were the language barrier or something else? It always seemed like there was disarray. All in all, it was a nice hotel. Decent breakfast, nothing to write home about.
“Fantastic hotel”
I stayed at the hotel with my 7 year old son. The hotel was lovely and clean, and the rooms were even better! The staff were very helpful. The location of the airport was brilliant, around the corner from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, 20 minutes away from the main train station.

Area:
Pisa, Italy: Many churches, bridges and fading palazzi adorn this ancient maritime city, but most visitors have eyes for just one building. Pisas famous Torre Pendente (Leaning Tower) seems to defy the laws of physics, which Galileo tested with weights dropped from its summit. Even without its recently stabilized tilt, this marble bell-tower would be an architectural marvel. Two ornate pulpits are highlights of the Duomo and Baptistery nearby.
